The sisters 2 of Casey Morehouse who recently visited from Mississippi and Colorado, found the facility to be well staffed, friendly, cozy and, sincerely having the best interest of the residents. My 4 star will be changed to 5 stars as soon as I recognize that, our sister and her room are “always” as clean as can be. Other than that one issue, we are pleased our sister is a resident there. We have been assured our request will be fully be incorporated in the care of our sister, Casey.

Jill, Nina and the whole staff at Brookdale in Staunton are very kind, considerate and respectful. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating. All staff I encountered were genuine and you could see that they love what they do. I was able to eat lunch from there and it was great too!

Recently helped friend move to Brookdale Staunton. The staff are very friendly and the building and grounds are very well kept. Looks like it has been renovated in past few years. Our friend really likes her new 1 BR apartment along with the benefits of assisted living. Price seems to be a good value for what you get compared to other facilities in area.

Quality facility. Well located near major roadways. Professionally staffed. Beautiful dining room and outdoor areas. Noticed slight odor of urine in memory care unit, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Very impressed with the schedule of activities and entertainment for the residents.
