Nice picking my hours and clients. Not much room for advancing and pay is low. Bad experience being harassed by another caregiver who has targeted others as well. Lori in the office has become pretty hateful lately to clients and employees, I hear about the issues. Clients complain communication is lacking and many real young people coming in and just sitting on phones. I have one client who requested me specifically because his other caregiver came in high. I know for a fact the dont drug test so thats no surprise. Melody however means alot to me and has my back 100%. Told you can't get overtime either but yet I run into aides saying their work 45 and 50 hours a week. Must be nice while rest of the workers struggle being told the can't work more. Apparently if you get Medicaid clients at all for the week you can't get overtime. So, these other employees must be grabbing up all the private pay and getting overtime too while others struggle. It should be split and fair to all but no job is fair anymore to its employees. Recently I helped in a situation I didn't need to be in and found out after being there the hadn't had help because the were in quarantine. No a soul cared to inform me and now I am sick and can't care because I sit in the hospital. So, what the do…fire me because the got me sick. Someone should of told me covid was in the facility. Facility I was sent to had everyone and their mom in the family working there. Not professional at all. Rude, the men working on their trucks instead of helping patients, shirts 2x to small with their belly hanging out, prison style tattoos, cursing in front of patients and talking about patients in the opening. Some staff cracked open beer cans and sat on the front lawn with family as it was a reunion. Patients meds were being held and the were coming to me begging for help. Sad, sad situation and I did report it. It's ashame when you fall sick after pulling 6 and 7 days a week for some of the most difficult, challenging patients that you are fired. I was told people are always exposed to covid when I tried telling management. So this means put me in the situation to catch it and not even mention their was an outbreak?? Real caring and professional…I have asthma!

This has to be one of the best places I have ever worked for. I don’t feel like I’m going to work every day, I feel like I’m walking into my second home. I work with an incredible team of ladies and we all work very well together! Making clients and caregivers the center of our day, everyday, is an amazing feeling!

I have been working for this company since February and I can say I love my client.My client is what makes the day better and if I have any issues I call the office and the ladies there r super awesome they help right away.The ladies is so great the make sure everything is fixed before anything.This is a great place to work for.

Have enjoyed working for this company last few months, they really show their employees and clients respect and proper care we all need and deserve. Im a single mom of 4 and I have never had an employer work with me to make sure I can provide for my kids as well as working around my schedule. Covid has hit all of us hard this year but my employer has made it possible and comfortable for me while working. When I couldnt work they understood. By far the best employer ever. They are not just my boss but my friends. We are like a family. We have one anothers backs no matter what. Knowing I can always call no matter what time or day and not be scared if ima be fired or not is the best feeling. They have been so respectful to me and helped me come so far. Heres to many more years with these amazing ppl I call family-friends!!!thank you for this amazing opportunity. You care advantage are appreciated.

They are very encouraging! No question was ever a bother. Scheduling has been very easy and flexible which is very helpful for me. And finally, the clients have been wonderful.
