This facility has had a name change, formerly Harmony, look at those reviews too. Unless things have changed (from the top managers down to the day to day staff) then I would NOT recommend this facility unless your loved one is practically independent (just doesn't want to cook or do their own laundry). The common areas are nice and kept clean, the activities can be enjoyable but so many things need improving. If you do move a family member in, visit often and at different times of day (and even stay after regular hours to see how/when post-dinner meds are handled). Pay attention to cleanliness of the apartment including the bed sheets, ask to see the medication summary record any time there is a change, track how long it takes to get laundry back and see how many staff you see available at various times. Be diligent, your loved one needs someone looking out for them, not enough staff available to do it at this facility. No matter what your situation, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MEMORY CARE NEXT DOOR.
