I usually don’t write reviews but this deserves one. I worked here for a short time as a RCC I left due to unforeseen circumstances. But Linda and her management team are beyond amazing. For starters Linda is a awesome ED she gives everyone respect and is very understanding. She is hands on with everything. Not to many ED like that. Her and her staff make sure both employees and residents are happy and safe. Yes it’s short staff but most places including fast food are. They handle every situation and every stressful situation with grace and professionalism. Trina the wellness nurse that woman is truly awesome. She advocates for her residents. She works hard and is the kindest person. I dealt with wellness nurses before who were just there for a check. Not Trina. She’s there for her residents and staff. I know some employees say different. But for someone who worked in the management part of it. There’s a lot more then what others see. I saw professionalism,compassion and hard work.

Ginter Hall South is a great community. You know that your loved one is well cared for and that great activities are being provided. The staff treat the residents like family. Such a wonderful locally owned and operated Assisted Living.

Having to place a loved one in assisted living is not easy. Lisa at Choice Connections made everything as simple as possible by choosing Ginter Hall South. Everyone from Linda Bishop Ex Director though the entire staff gave Kay the most wonderful experience the family could have ever hoped for. The activities alone keep everyone involved. The staff is very good at their jobs and the smiles on their faces tell me they enjoy what they do. The cleanliness of the facility is second to none. You guys truly are the best. Thank You for everything.

Everything is going just fine for my loved one at this facility! The staff is great and my loved one enjoys the meals. Though my loved one does not participate in too many activities, there are plenty offered to her. She finds her room to be very comfortable. Overall, we made a great decision in choosing this facility!
