Care Advantage has allowed me to broaden my abilities as a young adult and student. Becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant was the best choice I couldve made because, it allowed me to seek many job opportunities. Though, Care Advantage sought me out and was the quickest at hiring new CNAs. They are eager to pursue individuals who care about clients holistically. Not only do they care about the services of the client, but, they care about their employees. And I am grateful to be apart of the team!

Care Advantage provided light housekeeping and laundry services for my mother-in-law whose mobility is severely limited. They tried to send the same caregiver each time, and my MIL enjoyed their company and bonded with some of them. There were a few she had issues with, and Care Advantage was quick to make a satisfactory change. She has made some healthcare choices that preclude us from continuing with Care Advantage, but well be sure to use them in the future if anything changes. I highly recommend their services.

This is one of the best In-Home Care Healthcare company I have worked for in my ten years in the field I wish I would have found them sooner but I am glad I am apart of them now . The communication along with the hair work from the staff in the office, they always make sure you are okay and that you are taken care if I wouldnt work anywhere else!!!❤

I started working for care advantage a year ago And I literally walked in to a 40 hour a week case! I have picked up other cases for OT hours and always know what I am walking into. The ladies in the office are always kind when I speak with them. I rarely request off, but when I do I am given no issues. I would recommend working for this company.

Working here for the last 4 years has been an adventure. I love what I do and who I do it with. My team is supportive and spirited! I work at the corporate office and everyone here is nice and respectful. I like coming to work everyday and I feel that I have professional growth and development. Everyday is a different challenge and for me, thats a good thing.
