I visited my grandma on December 29, 2022 and it was my first time seeing her apartment at the Arbors. It was a few day after Christmas and the Arbors was decorated so beautifully. I was greeted right away and felt right at home. The staff was so nice and the food was delicious. I am so happy that my grandma has a great place to live.

My husband Thomas and I have just moved his step-father, Jackie Cooper to The Arbors after losing his wife recently. He is flourishing and tells us how much he loves living there. He particularly enjoys the meals as chef Akira prepares a large variety of dishes. We have eaten with him several times and I agree with him, it is delicious.

My parents have been at The Arbors since October of last year. Elaine was exceptional at helping them find an apartment to suite their needs, as well as, making sure that everything they needed was prepared in advance before their arrival. All of the staff, including the property manger, Connie, and the support staff like Diane, Michelle, and Stephanie have went above and beyond to ensure that my parents questions (and mine) are answered and they are taken care of. Plus, the food is wonderful-a great daily selection of soups, sandwiches and special entrees. I love to eat there myself! 🙂 I am grateful for The Arbors and the care they give to their residents!!

What a warm, friendly place to live. Staff goes above and beyond over & over to insure every residence is happy & healthy. So great to have physical therapy on the premises. We walk over to Brickhouse Tavern for a tasty pizza & cold adult beverage. We just couldnt have made a better choice. Our meals are chief quality. We so enjoy walking around the square.

The staff at The Arbors is absolutely wonderful! My father has been there for several years and everyone is always willing to help no matter what he needs. The location is very convenient to shopping, groceries, gas and restaurants so my father doesnt have to drive far for basic necessities. I would highly recommend The Arbors and Elaine Pridgen who helped get my father settled.

Most incredible retirement community I have ever seen. Very clean, super helpful staff and great variety of food that is ALWAYS very good. With the entertainment in the square in Port Warwick there is no need to venture far from home!

A well thought out and lovely campus in the heart of Port Warwick. There are so many opportunities for residents to enjoy all that they enjoy without feeling they have lost any independence!

This used to be THE place to live. Not any more. A, C units break and are not repaired for weeks, leaving senior citizens with heart palpitations and worse; there is no transportation on weekends (when did that happen?); and maids with no insurance break things and dont replace them. Maybe its under new management--I dont know what the excuse is--but the way its run is a huge disappointment. At least the outside of the building is still maintained.
