I called maintance for my neighbor for she was smelling a foul odor. This was late Saturday night. Desmond came right away and was so patient and nice he explained to the resident what she was smelling (paint and glue) and that she was ok he even stayed a little to make her feel comfortable....I was so impressed by his actions....He is very professional anf cares about his job and others. I just want to say thank you not just for Saturday night but for all the hard work you do around Silver Hill As a tennant I appreciate you.... You are a big asset. 321 apartment

I really enjoy living here. It's beautiful out around the gazebo watching the geese on the pond and I have some very nice neighbors.

My AC stopped working during the night. By morning it was 78 in my apartment but was so thankful for the quick response. AC working again by afternoon. Whew, crisis adverted.

I cant say enough how much I appreciated Beth the manager and herstaff for working so quickly when I had a leak from the unit above me, Beth came out late that night and stayed with her on call person and waited for the contractor to get there, the work got done so fast and everyone was very professional. I truly thank everyone and appreciate all the hard work. Keep up the good work guys you are doing amazing!

The whole maintance staff has been so great in getting my apartment to great standards.....they and mgr has gotten so much done and now the only thing left is painting and mudding patching where old cabinets were.....I have never seen such hustling and hard work that they have done to make me feel at home ...so professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, etc I feel so much at home here and very well taken care of...The whole maintance staff is amazing so glad I moved here... Thank you Beth , Desmond and the other maintance gentleman these 3 are wonderful.. Thank You Very Much Dianah 321

I had to put my mom in Silver Hill about a year ago now, due to some health issues. I was very weary for a while as the previous manager did not do much. She was nice, but was never really around. In May of 23, Miss Beth took over and my mom and I have never been happier. Miss Beth has been a Godsend! She is always around and available to help when anyone needs it. She actually has social functions to keep things lively. It feels like a home now! Silver Hill has become a community and we are very grateful! The new maintenance man Des, is also very kind and always makes sure that my mom is taken care of. A big shout out to Miss Beth and Des, thank you for all that you do! We love and appreciate you, more than you will ever know.

I love it here. I feel very safe. My problem is my memory and paying my rent. I can never get my password right. I mess it up myself and get all confused. I need a simple password and it would would be great but it keeps wanting me to make it longer or add number or a symbol. Sometimes my hand shakes and I hit the keyboard twice and it just messes me up. Can't figure out what I did. Can you help me with that?
