I was visiting today and the staff was so friendly. A Young man knelt by an elderly lady and spoke to her for a good fifteen minutes and the interaction just warned my heart!

We have been beyond happy with the care that my mom has received at Mennowood. She is happier than she has been in years! There are many activities that she can take part in, and it’s not such a large facility that she feels overwhelmed. It truly is home to her, and we are so thankful. It was a big transition, and the staff and residents helped make it feel like she was surrounded by her second family. She moved in just before the pandemic, so we are looking forward to the days when they can have even more activities for all of the families to enjoy. The staff has done an amazing job planning parades and socially distanced activities for the residents. We would highly recommend that you consider Mennowood for you or your loved ones.

Both of my parents live at the Mennowood - one in Assisted Living and one in the Memory unit. They get to see each other daily and our family visits often. Every members of the Mennowood team is an angel. No one ever says that is not my job- they all pitch in to make the residents safe and happy. During the Covid-19 virus restrictions they went out of their way to help. My parents love the food and all the great care. I would be glad to talk to other families about all the ways the staff has gone out of their way to be caring and professional. Thanks to the Mennowood team.

My mother-in-law has been living at Mennowood for five years. Our overall experience has been extremely positive, with a caring and professional staff that feels like one big family.. We placed my mother at Mennowood Retirement Community 4 months ago. The staff did a very good job transitioning her into her new home. Everyone we've met is nice and seem to really care about all the residents. We have been very happy with everything about Mennowood. There are lots of activities, the food is good, the rooms are kept clean, everyone is very helpful and the nursing staff is great. We highly recommend Mennowood.

My husband is a resident in Memory Care at Mennowood - he receives excellent care. The entire staff is warm and friendly and give a lot of themselves for the well being of the residents. The meals are excellent, The daily activities provided are well received. I recommend the Mennowood.
