I am a 20 year resident of Park Place and still love being here. This is a secure entry building where I have always felt safe, the residents are friendly; the building is kept clean, maintenance requests are quickly responded to and management staff is quite helpful as needed. It's just a pleasant place to live.

I lived there for about a year but had to move to a two bedroom due to my granddaughter and her children had to move in with me but my stay there was great and I lived the place and people were very friendly. The office staff was very nice and friendly. Wish I could have stayed. Still haven’t received my security deposit but hopefully soon. Thank you for your service. God bless you.

My mom just moved to Park Place from NC. So many wonderful people and great activities. Office staff is absolutely wonderful!! My mom loves it.

Hi lve only seen this place from the outside looks very nice,l'm hoping to move there in the near future,they have a wait list,and although l don't like going on a wait list and normally don't but l went on this one l'm praying something comes up bc l really would love to make this my permanent home,
