Both of my parents moved to Regency at Augusta in April 2021. My dad is in assisted living and my mom resides in the memory care community. My dad and I love everything about Regency – beautiful décor, caring and attentive staff, nutritious and delicious food, and a wide variety of fun activities. The staff’s attention to detail and the quality care are the absolute best. Both of my parents are thriving, and it gives me peace of mind. Vickie and Karen made the move and transition so easy for all of us. Kayla is super organized and maintains a calm, welcoming environment during the daytime concierge desk hours. The nursing and direct care team are fabulous. The warm smiles and genuine care make Regency at Augusta a home and a family.

I just noticed that my review from 9 months ago just popped up as saying 2 days ago this is not accurate at all im not sure how a google review can be manipulated..This is my actual review after working at RAA for about 11 months and you can understand why I left this facility...I simply could not believe some of the things that went on in this facility...RAA is a beautiful building but its very deceiving..I worked on our Memory care unit and there was absolutely NO support from the Executive Director ever on this floor..only when her bosses were in the building..which they have been showing up all the time now due to state coming in and Residents leaving..Aides and RMAs were running Memory Care.. Directors and the ED did not care that this was going on...Director of Memory care is a very loose title..The Director of Activities had more say on the MC and AL floor then the actual Directors of those floors..State has been called in on AL many times the Executive Director has learned to manipulate the system to fit her needs for this facility..Families have taken their loved ones home due to negligent behaviors...certain staff were fired to the lack of caregiving and then rehired back knowing they were negligent aides..RAA can not keep staff at all they are extremely short staffed that its burning staff out that is already overworked which in turn you cant give proper care to residents..i have seen the Executive Director talk unprofessional and very loud to staff and threaten that staff members job because they are tired and told to stay over for another shift...i seen people not giving showers are changing briefs not reporting things that should have been reported..It all falls back on the Executive Director I only wish the ED bosses could stop protecting that madness because it is a new facility these things effects a persons long term health and take a long look at the source of these concerns...Please be careful when considering your loved one being placed in strangers hands..best advice i could give keep your loved one at home as long as you can.

Im very impressed with the amenities that Regency at Augusta has to offer, such as Clubhouse, Theatre, Sun Lounge, and two Grand Dining Rooms. The Community is decorated beautifully. The staff are kind and very willing to help.

I have been working at Regency Senior Living since July 13th, 2020. I had a week of orientation and all of the directors were very kind and welcoming. I have never worked for such an awesome group of people. The building is beautiful, spacious, and full of light. I would 10, 10 recommend that you bring your loved ones to live here!

Making a decision about where you will receive the best assisted living care can be a difficult one. Regency at Augusta is not just a beautiful state of the art facility—the entire staff is outstanding. You have the best of all worlds with Regency—an absolutely gorgeous facility—fantastic food—amazing staff—and to top it off it is right across the street from Augusta Hospital! My mother and I have visited several assisted living facilities over the past few years and Regency at Augusta is a beautiful place to call HOME. My mom (who is 98) is sooooo happy she moved to Augusta this July!

I cannot thank Karen Pruitt and the other dedicated staff members at Regency at Augusta enough! They helped every step of the way as we transitioned my uncle to his beautiful new home at Regency. They truly were willing to do whatever they could to be supportive and make the process as stress- free as possible for my uncle and our family. Karen was willing to work around my busy work schedule by delivering paperwork to my home and even meeting us on her day off to finish up the needed paperwork. When we ran into difficulty arranging my uncles move-in, Karen and the staff arranged for my uncle to move into a furnished room until his belongings arrived. These are just two examples of the many ways the staff helped us transition our loved one to Regency at Augusta.However, the most meaningful thing to my uncle about Regency is their pet-friendly policy. This meant that he did not have to leave his beloved companion pet behind, and this has meant the world to him!
