My mom is 93 years old and has been at Birch Gardens for over two years. She's always telling me; "I love it here; everyone is so nice to me". I visit her two to three times weekly and have never seen her or any other resident spoken to harshly or mistreated. Racheal and her staff work very hard in caring for, providing and loving on each resident. The food and cleanliness are above average. I would like to see more done with programming (games, music and Storytime from the outside, haircuts and manicures etc.), but for the most part, Birch Gardens does an excellent job. With that said, I give them a 5-star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one. Thank you and blessings Racheal and staff!!!

Birch Gardens Assisted Living is truly a wonderful environment to work in, and has a team of some the most caring and compassionate staff that I have ever been privileged to work alongside. The dedicated team of staff are always willing to jump in and assist the residents in any way needed. The staff really do love and care for the residents. Additionally, the ownership of Birch Gardens, CedarLP, are truly wonderful people and are a pleasure to work with. CedarLP sincerely cares about staff well-being, as well as creating a warm, nurturing, home-like environment for each one of the residents at Birch Gardens. I have personally witnessed CedarLP to be the first to reach out and compassionately offer assistance to employees when they were in desperate need. CedarLP is always accessible to leadership and staff in the facility, and to the varying needs of its residents and families. It is an honor to work for people such as CedarLP. If you or a loved one are in need of Assisted Living, you must check out Birch Gardens Assisted Living. Due to dementia, we had to place our Dad in 24-hour care at Birch Gardens. We are so thankful for the wonderful, loving care and attention shown to Dad. From the first time he walked through the doors, the patience and kindness overflowed from top management to nursing staff to kitchen staff. We highly recommend Birch Gardens for a loved one needing care.

The front porch is welcoming with many plants, views and comfortable seating along with an open area inside the front door to gather and do many fun activities! This is such a wonderful community with warm welcoming smiles and caring compassion that will make you feel like you are at home. The residents always have a smile on their faces while looking well cared for and very happy. The staff is friendly and willing to do anything they can to make sure your loved one is taken care of. If you are looking for place that has heart, you found it here!

I have been employed here for a month. I really enjoy the staff I work with and the management team is great. The management team goes above and beyond to help the staff when ever we need help. We all work as a team and everyone is a team player. We are all here for our residents. We are a caring and compassionate community where we consider the residents as family.
