The caregivers are very friendly and loving when taking care of the residents. If we have any questions all staff members at Commonwealth have been courteous and helpful in getting answers for us.

I come often to visit my friend and bring her a milkshake usually once a week. Today was a special time because of the cookout event that was taking place. Martha enjoyed sitting outside having a cheeseburger, lemonade, and some popcorn. The weather was beautiful, but more than that the people that were, running all the events and the food were more beautiful because of their kindness, their politeness and overall pleasant Mom with the residence there. Thank you for all the thoughts and efforts that went to making that special.

Attended xmas party with my mother. Excellent coordination, food and music. This facility puts 110% into caring for their residents and making them feel like they are home Thank you. My mom has had a tuff time last 6 months but has bounced back 110%. Talking non-stop and active on her feet. The care is wonderful hands down the best.!. Inquiring on how roommates are determined. Thank goodness for the personal and caring nurses on the east side. However, the follow up and lack of communication from Courtney the head nurse to the family is concerning. Been asking for over a month for the corrected copy of my mom's point system which is what our billed is based on. Along with laundry concerns. Emailed on 4/22 and was returned blocked 4/23 brought this to her associate attention. If we the families can't get in touch with the head nurse concerning our parents care what are we to do ?.

Everyone is so caring and sweet to myself and my dad. They have activities to get the patients involved and treat them like family. They keep the family members aware if something happens to your loved one. We feel that he is well taken care of with compassion and love.–

This facility is absolutely wonderful. The nurses and staff are amazing and give wonderful care and companionship for the residents. It has a beautiful courtyard with seating for the residents. They have benches, a gazebo, and seating with an umbrella. The rooms and facility are always exceptionally clean. I recommend this facility to many of my patients facing the same fears and decisions.

The staff is very friendly, and willing to help in whatever way possible. When you leave you have a feeling that your love one is in good hands, and will be taken care of in the best way possible. If there is a question about anything you will get a call for clarity. I have visited at different days and times and the atmosphere is always the same.

Keeping my loved one at Commonwealth Memory Care was the best decision I could make. The staff treat me like family and take care of my father in the same way. He's completely safe and they keep me informed of how he's doing and of any medical changes. I sleep well knowing he's getting this quality of care.

I work at Greenfield Chesapeake and I enjoy working for them. The staff are well trained in Dementia and caring for residents that have such diverse needs. I especially like the fact the building and courtyard allow for residents to move about freely in a safe secure envirnoment .

Absolute five stars. From the administration to the staff , My father who has some sever dementia issues was cared for and treated with kindness and love that no other facility can come close to. The living quarters are immaculate with no signs of odor. I get a good feeling when I visit my dad that he is getting the best of care. All the residence appear to be very happy. There is a place in heaven for the staff at greenfield. If you are looking for a quality assisted living home that is affordable this should be seriously considered. Keep up the good work.

My mom was here for the last 2 months. We just lost her this week but The staff and management is incredible. I have never felt more at ease with others how they treated my mom and my family, I would recommend them to anybody. Wished my mom would have been with them the same whole time. What an amazing place with amazing caring staff from the front door receptionists to the dietary staff and everyone in between. I am glad to have met some of the staff and residents and hope to meet and help many more. Please, tour greenfield and I believe you will make it your home.
