A lot of things going on in that kind of apartments fishy stuff going on every time they change the rules and each one tell different stories I don't know we'll see what happens if I'm going to stay here

I live at Wingler House East. The apartments are nice, and community rooms and garden spaces are beautiful One big problem is that too many of the tenants refuse to wear their masks while in common areas like the laundry room, mail room, elevators, and hallways used by every tenant on a daily basis. I have made numerous complaints, however, the problem still exists and the same tenants continue to refuse to keep the rest of us safe. It is a dangerous place for the not-so-active 55+ community during this pandemic. Also, they do nothing to mitigate the smoking of tenants in their apartments. The hall's carpets and paint smell of ashtray, and even though I have made numerous complaints, nothing is being done to resolve the issue. Walk the 4th and 2nd floor hallway before you sign any lease, which promises that this is a non-smoking facility.

The apartment is 55 years old and above, and the traffic is convenient and clean.

My parents are really happy here. They have been in a 2 bedroom here for more than 2 years. The residents are very sweet to everyone. The front office staff is helpful and they have activities happening all month long. I didnt give it 5 stars, because it needs some upgrading. The recently received a grant and will be upgrading all the kitchens.

Great housing community for 65+ individuals. The facility is nice. The staff is friendly.

I like this place. The staff is friendly. The residents are friendly and yet they respect other residents privacy. One building has a terrific 4th floor patio that is screened in a very large. It is easy to walk to the Giant store because there are sidewalks all the way. It looks like Peapod services the area too!
