My mother spent her last year at Tribute. She would want to thank the staff there for all the support they gave her during her final year. Her quality of life improved markedly after her move from an independent living facility. It was a tremendous load off of us because it was clear that all the staff there cared for her above and beyond professional diligence.

We chose Tribute for my 91 year father where he lived for approximately 2 1/2 years. What are the strengths of Tribute? Its residents and staff as well as its Ashburn location. Doctors of all specialties can be found within a 5-mile radius allowing residents (including my father) to take advantage of their Tuesday/Thursday free shuttle to appointments which was nice. While my father did not take advantage of many of the resident activities, Tribute coordinators offered day trips, art, social activities and games (dad loved bingo) to all. The Cadence program is another option for residents (for an extra fee) to assist residents with memory stimulated exercises, day trips, cultural educational experiences , etc. Three meals a day and a wonderful dining area/lobby area to enjoy it was nice. Meal offerings were not average like most other senior residential companies and my father enjoyed this as part of his daily routine. Is everything perfect at Tribute? No, but as you research other residential options for your family member, Tribute @ One Loudoun should be considered. For my father, Tribute was the best option for usthank you Tribute.

*EDIT* they have since been keeping the food warm for the memory care residents. Thank you, we appreciate this! The place looks nice, but they don’t care to keep the food warm for the residents in the memory care floor. We know it’s because the kitchen is farther away, but the least they can do is invest in better food warmers for all the money that our family pays for our grandparent to be there. Sometimes, a warm meal is the only thing they have to look forward to.

We lost our dad in February. He had been taking care of everything, since Mom had not left the house since late 2019. After an accident landed her in the hospital in June, and then rehab, she finally agreed to move to assisted living. We interviewed a couple of places, but Tribute at One Loudoun topped the list. It's fortunate for my whole family that they did, because mom went through an even more hellacious time before her move-in date. Cheyenne, at Tribute, helped smooth the way. It would have been almost insurmountable, without her assistance. She went way over and beyond helping us. She treated us like family, with such care and strength. (Honestly every person we talk with at Tribute has been amazing!) After less than a week, with their uplifting and loving care, my mom started blossoming. She started going out of her room, and now she's making friends, smiling, and attending activities. It's been so wonderful seeing her enjoying life again.

I took a tour of Tribute, for our mom and I have to say that this senior living facility is a place we would feel is a great place for our mom. The staff is caring and knowledgeable and Cheyenne is the best.

The situation to move mom in has been terrible, with death of her husband and her wreaking state, but the staff at Tribute have risen to the occasion. I am grateful, and as I spend 8-10 hours a day here, I see a lot, and still five stars.

Beautiful modern facility with the feel and look of a 5 star hotel. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended. Walking distance through park to One Loudoun restaurants, shops, and theater.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. The staff goes far and beyond to serve their clients. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way imaginable. You can look far and wide, but you will never find a better location to house your loved one.

My mother has only been there a couple of weeks but we are very pleased with Tribute! Everyone is very friendly, and her care seems excellent. The staff is awesome, and they were such a big help with problem solving in dealing with the roadblocks we encountered while trying to get our mother moved. Thanks Bianca for never giving up!

As someone who has been to Tribute at One Loudoun many times and met many of the staff, I can honestly say it is one of the most beautiful assisted living facilities I have visited in the DMV. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming.

I attended an event here. The building was one of the most beautiful assisted living buildings I have ever been in. It felt as though I was entering a resort. The residents were having so much fun and the team members appeared to be happy and loving on all the residents. What a refreshing change to the senior living industry I am use to. My mom and dad would love to live here!

This community is absolutely beautiful. From the second I walked in the door I felt welcomed. They have a unique view on senior living and everyone was so friendly. Some people who work in memory care don’t have patience and are rude and don’t care about residents. Other than those people, the rest of the staff is wonderful and actually care about residents

My loved one has been there living in the Assisted Living program since March and I could not be happier. The staff is amazing and so attentive. His needs are met and they do a great job of staying on top of his needs. I would refer them to anyone.

I am awed at the courteous staff reception,it makes me want to be part of such an awesome team.The memory care is doing good except for a certain woman who I hear is the manager of memory care and disrespects everyone. I was so worried about this vulnerable old folks. Please get in good hands to steer and get the place soaring.

We were given a tour at Tribute last summer and found it to be delightful. It was clean and beautifully decorated and the residents we met were smiling and friendly. There were activities going on everywhere. What a wonderful place to live!

Tribute at One Loudoun is an incredible place! I volunteered here over the summer and I loved everything about it. The architecture is incredibly modern, it is kept very clean, and the staff is always so welcoming and helpful. My favorite part was being with the residents. I really felt they were all happy to be there and they were all so sweet. PS: they always have tasty treats and drinks out!! Overall, awesome community that is passionate about what they do.
