This is the worse company to hire they do not care one bit about there patients I called several times to complain that the cna just did nothing and just pet the dogs and one came to clean the first day she came she did a good job I told her a couple that she did not have to do the 2nd day she came and in 20 min said she will be right back and never came back called stomebridgw they said she told them there was poop there and there was none at all I even had my case worker the night before came and he said it was great they was very rude and did not try to see what was going on and they do not care about there patients at all do not ever have them come you will regret it

They were short staffed and never showed up when they were suppose to, to aid my 92 year old mother with showering and dressing,. They were also suppose to vacuum and clean her bathroom once a week. This never happened. My mom went without showering because they said they were short staffed. They also failed to notify family or the assisted living care center mom was in. If they were short staffed to begin with why did they come to the care center and go room to room advertising there services and getting people to sign up if they did not have enough staff to even do the services. Very disappointed.

I like working for Stonebridge in alot of ways they seem to have better benefits than the last company but Im a little frustrated that the training wasnt as good as it should have been I realize it is alot of work to transfer from one company to another but the training should have been better. Also I have been working between Stonebridge and caring hand for 8 yrs and asked for a raise because the cost of living keeps going up and I am a single lady trying to make do and the told me the wage I was at was as high as I could get for being a caregiver without a CNA licence . It is not that I would not want to be a CNA because I would if I had the time to go take the course but I work three jobs and so it is difficult to do so but I have had plenty of years experience of taking care of people over 18 years and no what needs to be done so I kind of dont think it is fair to keep me from getting a raise just because Im not a CNA at the moment so I was a little disappointed especially when the previous company was alot more willing to do so when I would ask them. But overall I do like Stonebridge but I would like them even more if they would train better and give more raises. I feel that I only want to give this company one star right now Im very disappointed in the office staff to me they are not helpful at all I talked to them about a month ago about more hours they said they would help me out with this and than when I spoke with one of the schedulers this morning about it they just seemed to make up excuses and argue with me about it I thought for being scheduler this was really ridiculous they should be happy that you want more hours and be willing to help you out. Also they are not very friendly when you call to talk to them they at like you are just a burden to them they never tell you about any changes that are made they just seem to tell you what you want to here but dont follow through to me this really isnt good management to me. Management of a company should be there to help the employees and clients succeed and be happy and I really cant see where this company is doing this I almost wish the previous company were back they were for sure alot more helpful and friendly my rating for this company is at one star for sure at this point by the way it would really be nice if someone would respond to your reviews the least thing you can do is show that you care

I have been working for this company for about a year and a half the staff is wonderful always willing to help and are really good at working with not only the client but the aids as well everyone is super friendly and upbeat and happy I have really enjoyed working here the hours are flexible meaning you can work when you want you choose how many hours you want and you dont have to be afraid to say no even if you sometime feel scared to because youre not used to it over all I adore working for A Caring Hand

I have been pleased with Caring Hand. The only problem is having enough Care Givers to assign to all of our clients. So many people want to be a part of Caring Hand. The office is quick with reply and fair with requests.

Ive worked on and off for 3 years with A Caring Hand, and it has been an amazing company to work for. They are super friendly and you are able to pick your own hours. Ive worked with A Caring Hand for a couple of years and they have been very accommodating with my scheduling. I needed flexibility with my CNA job so I could be grandma and take care of other responsibilities as well. The office staff is great to work with. I work for A Caring Hand for almost 4 years and love to get to know different people and i love working with so many clients that love their caregivers and love to see thwm my favorite part of my day is when i get to the clients home and help them. I have went in and woke up the clients for them to get ready for the day and i get a big smile that tells me that i have done something that person likes of is excited to start their day.
