All the staff on my case were very professional, kind and friendly. My husband had forgotten my cane in the room before surgery and the cute little gal that wheeled me out of the hospital went right back up to get it for me! Very sweet gal. Very positive experience, Thank you

I ended up being transferred here from Moab Regional so I could get my gall bladder removed. The first set of nurses I had when I arrived were a little questionable but overall I received great care! They were able to remove my gall bladder and handle the small complications that I had. I was treated great & everything was clean.

Went to SF hospital because my sons tonsils started bleeding, they didn't do anything about it to close the wound properly even after showing them pictures of how much he was bleeding. Brought him to UVH that same week because the bleeding came back and turns out it was an open blood vessel that wasn't closed properly. They got my son into surgery that same day and we got released that same day. Very thankful for the doctors and nurses that took care of my son.

Went to instacare for initial concerns and then brought me down to the ER who admitted me quickly. ER was very nice compared to a previous hospital I had gone to which was a bad experience. The staff was very helpful. My condition caused for bed which was prepared and then for 4 days I was in great care the nurses and techs on floor 6 were the best. So nice so helpful. The room was very clean, the food service was wonderful. The nurses were personable with me making my unpleasant stay a little more enjoyable. I was in good hands and very glad I was there for my care.

My experiences here are mixed. I will give these tips (warnings): 1. MAKE SURE TO HAVE A LOVED ONE MONITORING YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. WORK OUT SHIFTS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. 2. QUESTION EVERYTHING THEY DO. LOOK UP SIDE EFFECTS OF DRUGS THEY ADMINISTER AND ASK FOR ALTERNATIVES TO DRUGS WITH MAJOR SIDE EFFECTS. 3. EXPECT TO BE OVER SOLD AND BILLED. THEY WILL GIVE YOU LOTS OF UNECCESSARY SERVICES. IF YOU ARE PAYING OUT OF POCKET, QUESTION NECCESITY OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. 4. EVERY PERSON HAS SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET ANSWERS ABOUT ANY QUESTIONS UNLESS IT IS IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION. 5. IF YOU ARE A FEMALE AND YOU GET A MALE NURSE FEEL FREE TO REQUEST A FEMALE NURSE IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH A MALE. Be prepared to demand help and better care. They are like all hospitals understaffed, over worked and prone to desensitization due to the environment.

I really love to go to the sleep study center that's just south of the Utah valley hospital. They gave me a titration sleep apnea test. The girl nurse was so very nice an polite to help me with the C pap machine and the wires to monitor my breathing. I slept on a comfortable bed with clean bedding also the temperature was perfect I slept very sound an good the whole night. Im hoping if my breathing keeps on stopping at nights that I will be able to have a C cap machine or a Oxygen tank thats got the clear tubes to connect to the nose. Which forces air into the lungs and keeps ya breathing. So anyway thanks again for treating me very good for the night I was there at the sleep study cent

I was admitted to the IHC Murray Hospital after the wonderful EMTs transported me there. I was there 2 days and met the Rudest staff in the world, Doctors and Nurses, the worst room in history AND I ASKED TO LEAVE. Eventually got transferred to Utah Valley Hospital. What a difference. I don't have enough words to describe the absolute most knowledgeable, confident, Caring, wonderful nurses I could imagine. I was in this hospital for 9 days. It would have been 9 days of hell if were not for the TEAM. My main nurse was out at her desk, that was literally right out of my door, not in a nursing station. I had moments when I was in terrible pain, but it took seconds not hours or minutes before I received help. I respect and love all of them. I don't have enough room to describe the main stay of these days, My doctor. And it would take another page of accolades. One other quick note, they had the best food! Thank you all on the fifth floor. And the room was fantastic! (Although the hospital should spend a few more bucks on the limited cable stations ; )

Not impressed with communication. They never helped with any mental issues for patient. I had to ask for someone to clean room. And while there rarely did I see a nurse even step in the room. I got a real clear picture of how they treat people who struggle with issues. So very frustrated.
