My mother has been at Mercy House for quite some time. She was previously at a memory care that had more residents than they can handle , and needed a change for her sake. The day that I walked into Mercy House. I felt the warmth and type of care that was needed for my mom. I can honestly say that this is a diamond in a rough and I was blessed to have found it. I would say if you’re in a situation at a place that you’re not totally happy with I would say walk into Mercy House and see what the difference a little community can do

Very happy with the care that my mother in law receives at Mercy House. Veronica, Ginny, Sandy and staff are great. For the first time I have been able to not worry about my mother in law and her not being taken care of. I know that she is in good hands. So greatful for the special attention that Veronica and Ginny give her.

Mercy House Waco is such a blessing in our family’s life! They were a Godsend for us during 2020 COVID when everything was shut down! They love my Mother, Sandi who suffers from Dementia-and most importantly, Sandi is HAPPY there! The staff are the biggest blessing there-and we are so thankful for especially”Veronica, Yvonne and Sandy are the best! Our Angel is Ginny Gohlke-how lucky our family is to have Ginny loving our Mother Sandi!! It is small but mighty-and they treat each resident with love, kindness and respect!!

We could not have Mom in a better home! She has been there over a year and these ladies are Wonderful at Mercy House Waco! If you want your parent well loved and cared for then visit them first, Jenni, Veronica, Yvonne, Sandy, Victoria and all the ladies are absolutely Wonderful. The night ladies are very good and sweet too!, we don’t see them as often but when we do they are the best! They have all become extended family to us! Mom had an health emergency a couple of weeks ago and Jenni, Veronica, Yvonne and Sandy were on it! Had EMS there and tending to her within 3 minutes and me on the phone, checked on Mom while we were in hospital too! Not to say they keep residents busy and they get pampered too!

We Love Mercy House Waco Mom has been there over a year now, and the Love and care she receives from all is wonderful. I never have to worry about her. All the ladies who work there are amazing. We see day staff most, Jenni, Veronica, Victoria, Sandy and Yvonne are incredible and always go above and beyond, for the residents. Always so helpful too getting Mom in and out when we take her to drs and family events. We highly recommend Mercy House Waco for your loved one with Memory care!

Mercy House appears to be a place you could be comfortable with your loved ones living situation in their older years. I wish my grandmother could have stayed in a facility like this with the small residents to staff members ratio which translates to personal care. Mercy House is a home away from home, families are encouraged to visit at any time because this is their home. Sheila and her Staff are very compassionate and attentive always going the extra mile. Residents enjoy sitting outside on the patio talking or inside doing daily activities.

My sweet Mom, I found out she needed memory care after Covid. It was a couple of Days before Christmas. Mercy House was my 3rd an last call. I wanted the best care for my Mom an thats what I've gotten. The hardest decision I ever made an never regretted it. Excellent Care

I've had the best experiences with staff and management here at Sodalis Waco. The building has that homelike feel to it! The rooms are spacious and the staff love these residents!! You can tell in the way they interact with them and how they know each of them inside and out. It's hard to establish that kind of care in larger facilities.

I am a hospice nurse and am familiar with most facilities in Waco and the surrounding areas. I am continuously impressed by how well run Sodalis is. The staff are caring and patient with the residents, the facility is always kept extremely clean, and each resident is treated with dignity and respect by staff. We have placed several residents here because of the home-like environment and the top notch care. I highly recommend Sodalis!

As a professional in the senior health care industry, I've seen most of the facilities in central Texas where seniors can receive assisted living and memory care. When it comes to compassionate care, I can unequivocally say that Sodalis in Waco provides the highest quality of care to their residents in central Texas. We have referred some of our families to Sodalis when Mom or Dad's dementia has declined significantly. What we've heard from those families is that the beautiful facility and the care given by the professional staff at Sodalis exceeded their expectations and given them peace of mind!
