This is the cleanest and most friendly Assisted Living facility I have ever experienced. I have 2 clients here and they both love it. When I walk past the dining area during meal time the aroma is amazing!! I want to move in!!!

First place we went too, went to other places and turn right around and went back to Asher Point. So amazing the lady that took care of us in every detail, Paige Kelly. A blessing from God.. So greatfull for this lady, she has know idea the impact she has made in our lives.. All the workers, was like family. Even the residence are the same.. Very lovely place to live at.. I hope they will have an apartment for me and my husband when the time comes.. and hope Ms Paige will still be there to care of us..

The customer service and staff are very friendly and professional! I worked with Paige K. who was very knowledgeable about assisted living/ skilled nursing overall and was extremely helpful to me understanding all my options for the care of my parents. She was OUTSTANDING!!!

Asher Point (used to be Renaissance) has been a home for my brother for the past 3 years. He has flourished there; however, he now needs assisted living which isn't available at this facility. He has enjoyed the people with whom he associates. The staff have been very accommodating to his needs as much as they could be. They found tasks for my brother to do that made him feel a part of the community. The meals were well done. He has enjoyed his stay at Asher Point. I especially want to send kudos to Paige (who was the page needed when I couldn't reach my brother on his phone) and Findley, the manager, who was always receptive to my requests for assistance. I highly recommend Asher Point, especially once its updates are completed.

Wednesday September 11, 2024 My name is Alice McBride., a widow and the volunteer Resident Chaplain of Asher Poin. I moved to this community July 16, 2023 after searching for a place to retire, but soon found that wasn't to happen because there was a need for a chapalin. Within the first few months I felt this place to be my home. In the year and two months I've been a resident I have found this is the place I would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a secure place to retire, wanting to be surrounded by a family like atmosphere for senior adult independent living. Words aren't adequate enough to praise the care for and attention given to accomadate the residents need and management of the facility that Finly the Executive Director, Robie, the Assistant Ececitove Director, Leslie the Life Style Director, Austin, the Culinary Director, Cody, the Maintenance Director and Paige the Sales Marketing Director do on a daily basis. Each one goes above and beyond their joh description making sure the residents needs come first be it a small request or a major need. The staff has an open door policy which makes the residents more comfortable in approaching them with any question or need. The driver of the bus does his best transporting residents to their needed destination. I am blessed being a resident of Asher Point. I must give special praise to Cody the Maintenance Director. There's times he's the only maintenance personnel on the pay roll but he applies himself to be available to fix a problem or find a solution to the problem when he has already worked his alloted hours because of his dedication to caring for the residents needs. I personally have experienced such times and felt so blessed he was available. going beyond the call of duty. Finley has proven himself to be one that puts the care of the residents above all of his responsibilites as Executive Director and so has Robi, the Assiatant Executive Director. The two of them make a great team managing the property. Paige has been a breath of fresh air for promoting the property to the public. As for the meals there is not a facilty of this type that offers better choices and delicious meals as Austin prepares as for as I am concerned. My apartment is lovely, comfy and cozy with all I need and more. Leslie keeps the residents busy by all the choices of activites she plans and is always cheerful and ready to drive the bus for outings she plans for a activity off the property. Yes, I am a very well pleased, blessed ,satisfied resident of Asher Point and reccomend it to be a choice for others that are planning to move to a Senior Adult Indepedent Living facilty.

I’ve been living up here at the Renaissance, for about a year and a half. I have noticed a big difference since Finley’s promotion, as well as the change in management companies. Also if it wasn’t for Cody, I don’t know what we would all do. The two of them make a great team and really get things done. They are both very kind, and receptive to everyone’s needs.

I cannot begin to say how pleased we are with everyone that we have dealt with at Asher Point apartments, but especially Finley Chunn, the Executive Director and Aimee Barresi, Sales Specialist They have all been outstanding and have gone above and beyond at every turn. They helped me and my family navigate these very uncharted waters, and I can tell you that it's been a heck of a ride. We took a tour of their facilities recently. Although the apartment was for my mother I would definitely live there myself. Paige was more than helpful, didn’t rush us but was there with answers to all our questions. Everything was impressive! Can’t wait for move in day

I moved here March 20, 2024. The is very nice, friendly and are working very hard after a devastating pipe break during the freeze. Maintenance Cody can’t be beat, he works tirelessly at least six days a week doing repairs, make ready for new residents and with a smile and kind words. He often is in before 7:30 am and some days here until 9:30 pm or later. Hats off to this fine young man. Thanks for all you do Cody.

Rick was so helpful as we were making this huge decision for our dad. He understood our angst and soothed, listened patiently. Finley was kind, efficient and approachable. We feel so happy to have our dad near and in such great, caring hands. Oh and Cody is making his apartment ready. He cared about all the details.

I have lived here for 18 months and love it here. The maintenance department is great. Our maintenance man, Cody, is above and beyond. Not only does he get things fixed, he is always pleasant and friendly. I tease him sometime and tell him I would adopt him if I could. Our GM is a real keeper. Hopefully Finley will be here a long time. He is always in tune with our needs and does his best to see that they are met.

My mom moved into the Renaissance in April 2023. The facility is very nice with a knowledgeable Assistant Manager and Maintenance Manager. Finley, the Assistant Manager is very nice and friendly. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you are a happy tenant. Cody, the Maintenance Manager is also very good at his job and friendly. These guys work very good together and I can’t compliment them enough. Thank you Finley and Cody for all that you do!

I have lived in the Renaissance for almost a year and I like it here a lot! Just wanted to comment on your Assistant Manager Finley. He is a very personable and like able person. He always gets the job done in a timely manner. It’s my understanding that you are looking for a General Manager and I feel that Finley could fill that position perfectly! Also, you have a Maintenance Manager Cody that is also very good at his job. I’ve had a few things go wrong in my apartment and he’s right there to take care of it. Today I had the pleasure of visiting this Community and all it has to offer. I was warmly greeted by the residents, and the staff are highly compassionate. The Sales Manager Rick was highly professional yet charismatic and highly intune to the individuals coming to tour. The culinary team took great care and attention to detail to each and every residents wants and needs and the first impressions of the common areas are that of leisure yet Community. They are indeed close to popular stores and restaurants and right off the highway. The maintenace team was quick to take on any need that arised and fulfill to high quality. Was impressed!

Wow!! This facility really impressed me. I was greeted with a very warm welcome and felt right at home. I had the pleasure of meeting Tori Watson. Tori is for sure a keeper. She was very genuine and very nice, and showed me that there are still people out here who really actually care about making a difference in this community. The facility was very clean and filled with a positive atmosphere feel to it. I would give it 10 Stars everyday of the week. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Great community with an even better reputation! Building is older but that is the only issue. The staff are kind and welcoming and the residents are some of the best you will meet. We love how close the shopping is, plus the casino! Thank you for making this a great place to live for so many!

When I moved here in Dec. 2019, it was a 5-star community. We had a female Exec. Director who really cared about all of us and got to know everyone. She had an "open-door" policy. Unfortunately, the Renaissance-Sherman has gone DOWNHILL. I would rate it now as a 2.5-star place. I hope Corporate will reconsider a change in the Executive Director position (back to an outgoing female) and we could get back what we once were.
