This place was a God send for me and my Mother.i have 3 sisters and 2 brothers and all have family.i was the only one who did not have that blessing but I know that after my father past three. Years ago we have been struggling to find a place we were even scammed on Facebook on a home rental after finding an apartment complex so noisy they put us right next to the kids playground after six months I started on a search our move out time was approaching and I happened to the see postings for independent living I thank God I was 55 when I called made an appointment , Britney was so nice that same day me and my sister went she gave us a toura showed us the apartment and we started the paperwork then after it's so quiet and everyone says hello the stores are close by swimming pool I great and the maintenance is very helpful never in a bad mood I am grateful for all who work here they carry themselves with such professionalism. I have lived here for the past 8 months. It has been a great place to retire. I have been very happy in my 1 bedroom apt. Stone Brook has peaceful and respectful neighbors. Front office addressed any problems I encountered in a timely matter. Management keeps the property in pretty good shape.

This property is the best of 3 that I've lived in writhing San Marcos, TX. The front office is extremely friendly and considerate at all times. They provided me with a most surprising welcome packet in my apartment at move in. The maintenance staff is most professional and helpful. The cleanliness and overall peaceful environment is above 5 star rating. You will absolutely love it here!

I have lived here for nine years and I love my neighbors! The management keeps getting worse. Sandy was great but she was only here for a few months. The Resident services coordinator, who did a great job, was let go yesterday which probably means there will no longer be organized activities. Update: The management of these apartments is generally terrible. They do not care or make any effort to accommodate living adjustments needed for senior citizens. They only care about collecting more money from residents. This place deserves a zero star rating.

I moved here a month ago because of what I saw and how I was treated in the front office. Now that I'm moved in I am extremely happy about how peaceful it is, the daily activities set up by our actives director, and how fun the front office is to deal with. I love this place and I am extremely happy about my apartment. It's very spacious, and solidly built. My apt is next to an elevator and I never hear it. The other tenants are all friendly and we have a blast at our events here.

Stone Brooke is AMAZING ! It is a homie feel, but yet at the same time you feel like you are in the fanciest hotel on a top rated list. Sometimes I feel like it is a dream me living here, and afraid someone will wake me up. The office is such warm feeling, and that is because of Karen.She is so kind, a heart of goal,and super caring. She is one of the top women in my book. Her kindness, her smiles, and the sweetest personal feeling you will ALWAYS get from her. Karen is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Karen has always made me feel like home here. She does tours around the building. There isn't nothing Karen can't do, and she is so happy making you feel like you're home. Marie is a very sweet woman too, and so much to be around. She has great ideas to keep Stone Brooke Seniors busy having fun. She helps you on any question you may have, helps you find doctor's, dentist, good places to eat. She is all around wonderful lady. Marlon is a great guy, so helpful,not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get you signed up to move into Stone Brooke All the rest of the staff is very kind too, when you need help they are right there helping you with the kind hearts they have. Stone Brooke is my "home" not just an apartment. Our Manager Sandy is a very Top Notch manager. She listens to you, meets with you if you have a concern, just a feel good moment, etc. Sandy is a a manager who cares about Stone Brook. She is one Sweet lady & very caring manager. Marie, our resident coordinator is outstanding, she really gets what she can get done for ALL residents. Marie always has a smile, you can go to her with any problem, and she will help as much as she can. And she as a lot of things for residents to keep them busy and happy. She is the Best. Roger, our lead maintenance man is so fantastic ! If something needs tending to he is right there to fix or help you in a minute. Nothing goes undone with Roger around. He is very dedicated to his job. And he is very polite to the residents all the time. So you see Stone Brook is one place you will want to check out, if you or someone you know is on a journey to live in an apartment.

My name is Cynthia Wright and I have lived here for 9 years and I am very happy here. here are the reasons why. Stone Brook have really nice apartments and the upkeep is great. Mostly, I would like to talk about the staff, Sandy Jones (Manager) is so great, Marlon Melean (Assistant Manager) is so wonderful, and helps you right away with any issues you have and you leave feeling very good, Roger (head of maintenance for 16 years) is Johnny on the spot with any issues you might have and is very professional, Marie Garcia (Resident Service Coordinator) is the greatest one we have ever had, she goes the extra mile, always very pleasant and gives very positive announcements, the best. Last but not least Eric and Mimi are awesome too. I feel like this will be my forever home. Thanks Stone Brook staff for all you do!
