Richard has been absolutely wonderful! Every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, he’s been prompt, professional, and incredibly kind. I never have to wait long, usually he’s there the same day or by the next day if the work order was submitted later. He always takes the time to explain what’s going on, gets the job done right, and genuinely cares about helping residents. When my dishwasher broke, he diagnosed the problem and had a brand new one installed that very same day. I was so impressed by how quickly everything was handled. Richard has truly been a blessing to me and my family. It’s such a relief knowing that whenever something needs to be fixed, it will be taken care of quickly and professionally. We really appreciate all of his hard work and dedication. Thank you, Richard! The apartment complex managers have been absolutely wonderful. They are always so helpful, understanding, and supportive, especially during times when I’ve needed a little extra flexibility. As a single parent doing my best for my son and me, it truly means so much to feel treated with patience and compassion. They consistently go above and beyond to work with residents and make sure we feel taken care of. Maintenance is always prompt and reliable. Anytime I’ve had an issue or concern, they respond quickly and handle everything in a professional and efficient manner. It’s reassuring to know that when something comes up, it will be addressed without delay and done right the first time. I also really love the community they’ve created here. The environment is beautiful, well maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. Excellent service, I recommend it 1000%. Great neighbors, a great complex in every way. I've had a few minor issues with maintenance, but as soon as I report them, they resolve them immediately. I truly love this place, and the ladies in the office are very friendly and always provide excellent service.

Best deal for the money I have found in San Antonio. I have lived in San Antonio over 20 years and 1.5 years at Wilshire Woods. Relatively quiet. Friendly neighbors who watch out for each other. Maintenence is appropriately responsive and have customer service skills. For the residing senior citizens, a no dues social club is onsite which offers plenty of opportunities for folks to get out of the "house" and socialize is available. There are free events and some with a cost. Outings to resturaunts, for example, are dutch treat. Landscaping is being updated this year as well as the building exteriors on the property. Pools are clean and ready for swimming even after the weekend rush. Free covered parking for one car. Walking distance to many store fronts, many restaurants, and to several via bus routes.

I've lived at Wilshire Woods twice in the last ten years, both times for multiple years and they were very nice/helpful during move ins and move outs. The price and floor plan sizes are great, and all bills paid is amazing! Gated community is nice. The complex is very well maintained, and we regularly used the three sparkling pools. Multiple beautiful courtyards. They are wrapping up some very nice exterior and interior upgrades and the place has never looked better. Highly recommend!

I’m here since May. An incredible place. We moved here from Austin, and the service was incredible, especially Carolina and Isabel. The place is being remodeled, and I love how spacious it is and how close it is to shopping and entertainment venues like nature parks, hiking trails, zoo, museums, etc. It’s a clean and safe place.

When I lived there, I was very satisfied. The place is nice, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the prices are some of the best you’ll find. It’s also pet friendly, which was a big plus for me. I especially want to highlight Olga and Isabel, They are truly amazing members of the team. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm personalities made living there so much more enjoyable. They always go the extra mile to help and make you feel at home.

I moved in last month and Olga helped me in my application process, she offered me options to proof my income because I was struggling with that. She was very clear with the lease at my move in day, the stuff in general is always willing to help from management to maintenance they have make me feel at home and I am very happy with my experience here

My family and I have lived at this complex for almost 9 years. I have been very happy here. Isabel and her staff are courteous and accommodating and the maintenance staff are all very nice and skilled. It is an older complex but the owners do a great job in maintaining the property. They have a senior lunch once a week, and at Christmas time they have a tenant party where each child receives a gift. I don't know of any other complex that does these things for their tenants. My family and I appreciate our home here and hope to remain here in the future.

Wilshire woods is a great place to live. Management is very kind and the neighbors are friendly. I love reading the monthly pamphlets they leave in the laundry rooms. The place is very clean I would recommend living here to anyone.

Lived here while my oldest son Josh worked at Soldier's Angels & Recon/ Fisher House. While I worked at Pearson & volunteered at Ft. Sam. He helped me with my youngest son Eduardo III, my 87 year old Mom, my little big sister Dafn & her husband. And, even their son William Tommy(USA Air force) came to visit us while at Camp Bullies. Those were memorable years of family unity. This is near Ft. Sam Houston military base. That was the main & only reason we lived here.

I've lived in several apartment complexes in San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas. Wilshire Woods is by far the most comfortable, well maintained, and friendly apartment community I've ever lived in and enjoyed for over 14 years. The grounds are beautifully landscaped; the 3 pools sparkle; buildings are comfortable; and service is prompt and efficient. It is a quiet, gated, safe, and friendly community. I highly recommend.

I've been here 4 yrs and today for the 1st time ever I attended an event the apartments hosted. At this event I ran into multiple patients from work. I talked to a couple and was told about how great the senior center and the community is with them. Their words were all so amazing. To hear the joy in their voice as they expressed the way they feel about the senior center was amazing. Don't get me wrong the place is not a 5 star apartment complex for looks(they are working on it). But based off what I've heard today, my experience with the office staff and maintenance it is a 5 star community for those who want a place to feel like family. I've referred about 5 families now and will now be telling patient's that ask for recommendations.

I am very thankful for this Senior Center and the staff that operate at Wilshire Woods. Even though I don't know everyone's names yet, we are ALL friends, sharing a relaxing atmosphere. The weekly luncheon is the highlight of my week sometimes and I enjoy every minute spent with the welcoming individuals that live and work here. I highly recommend this community.

Quiet and clean place. The office staff is nice to me. The pools are very nice and clean. All My utilities and rent are included in one payment. Makes it easier to budget monthly. I have nice neighbors. And it’s close to my work.

The place for me is not exactly my speed and I've done quite a bit of traveling. I would recommend doing your thorough research with corporate housing around San Antonio. I have found cheaper housing in nicer areas. I will say this though, the staff has been good with addressing my needs especially with checking in early and with getting my AC fixed.

Love coming "home" to roaches that didn't follow me from any of my previous residences. I'm talking about those smaller house roaches not the big outside roaches from time to time. These are the little roaches that have poop all inside the cabinets and drawers that live inside the walls. Doesn't matter what I do or what the complex does... they're inside the infrastructure of the apartment buildings, gas one apartment they run to the other unit they feel like coming back. But they are quick at repairing physical flaws, such as hot water issues, leaky anything, sticking or misaligned doors.

The all bills paid is one of the main reasons I moved here. It’s an older place. But you just can’t beat the rate with all utilities included. And it was a $0 deposit and $0 application. My last utility bill was over$250 at my last apartment. It’s gated and has cameras in the front so that’s nice. I always see the workers keeping the place clean. I had one issue with my shower and they fixed it the same day. The ladies in the office have always been kind to me. I plan on staying after my lease ends.

i live in an upstairs apartment and most of the comments will tell you about how the air conditioning does not work and they are right it has a mind of its own it can go from 89 to 65 in an hour when you have it set at 71 it also has a roach problem the tiny ones atleastbut there everywhere in the kitchen when you keep it spotless and all the maintenance does is patch jobs that work for a week we did not know when we moved it that there would be no ceiling lights or fans in the rooms so you have to buy your own lamps and fans the only reason im giving yall any stars is because i do find my apartment appealing to the eye my room came with a built in vanity wher i can put makeup and they have 3 beautiful pools but you can only use them if you have your wridtband like your landopark or something

Lived here for three years the only reson im giving them any stars is cause of maintenance...Ray is awsome and will fix your problems if they know about it ..but office don't give them work orders so they don't know ..best bet go to maintenance directly..the receptionist in office dont do her job..thank you Ray and other guys for doing your job when you know what wrong!

Make sure you do a walk through on your apartment here BEFORE you sign the lease especially for military AIT students who don't have time to search for houses. The short woman in the office will not show you what you will be moving into because she says its not allowed. My husband was in AIT when he was looking for apartments and I was living in another state so I could not look for apartments. I came from the airport and straight to Wilshire Woods to sign the lease and I didn't look at the apartment they set us up with beforehand because I was under the impression that my husband already did a walk-though so I just signed the lease. I came into the apartment and the carpet was cleaned..but with muddy water so it is a dirty brown color. The apartment IS filled with mold. The walls are brown from water damage. The doors don't properly close. The only drawer in the kitchen hangs down when opened. The kitchen was small. Overall it was a horrible apartment and I would've never moved here if we weren't tricked into signing the lease because they told me my husband already saw it. (Which caused a huge fight between me and my husband btw). The gates here are useless, the laundry machines are always broken and you can only refill your laundry card inside the leasing office so if you want to do laundry and need to refill your card, you have to wait until they are open. The gym is a joke and the letters they send residents are completely innapropriate and unprofessional. You can tell from the letters that the staff is angry with its residents. For example the latest letter is on the gym door. It says "temporally closed for repairs and installing cameras to see who is the one breaking the equipment" How horrible is that! The equipment breaks because they buy the cheapest quality! I have a huge gash on my leg from using their bike because it is not balanced properly so when you get off the bike it falls. Be very careful with these people. The only employee who is cool here is David the maintenance man. He is so super nice! However nice people tend to be psycho killers in the movies so just becareful lol joking David
