This place is just like a home. The rooms were a perfect size and the staff were great. If we could've afforded private pay forever, we would have stayed. We left simply because we eventually needed Medicaid. But trust if you can afford, this small homey place is perfect for your loved ones.

I really like colonial gardens. If ever I ran into a problem I let Lawrence know. He's a really good problem solver. No one is perfect but they are the next best thing to my mom being home.

I had the most amazing experience at this place everybody was so polite the CMT, CNA, and the Cook .Since I moved to Texas 7 months ago. I have never been to a facility down here like this one I felt like family.

We went to tour Colonial Gardens on 11/19/22 for the first time. We were very impressed with their safety protocols, the cleanliness of the facility, the private rooms, the amount of staff present, the amenities offered and the "Age in Place", all inclusive pricing. The only reason I didn't give a five star review, is because it was our only visit to the facility. However, having seen other facilities that care for family members with memory issues, this facility is by far one of the best based on our first impressions. UPDATE: We have confidently chosen to move our loved one into Colonial Gardens. The facility, staff and management have provided us the comfort and peace of mind that we have made the best possible decision for this next phase of our lives. We have accepted the fact that our family member requires the help from people with the skills and experience we lack. She is sleeping and eating well. This transition is not without an adjustment period for all of us. But with each passing day, it is visible that she is safe, more comfortable and being well cared for by people with combined years of experience in caring for the elderly with dementia.

My mother will be moving to Colonial Gardens in a few days. I have visited several homes and Colonial Gardens made me feel the most comfortable. I met with Ashton , Renee and Lawrence and they were so welcoming and easy to talk to. They were very accommodating to my mothers needs. Looking forward to a positive experience.

Your staff are amazing!!! Very helpful. Today was my first day seeing a patient there. And they stayed close by while the pt got comfortable with me (didn't take long). They are so patient and kind. Was in the house address of 10.

My grandma has been living at the Colonial Gardens Alzheimers Assisted Living property for several years now. The facility is clean and safe for the residents. During the Covid-19 situation, they have followed a strict hygiene protocol and have locked down the facility to protect the residents. We are grateful for their prompt attention to this issue and we know that their actions are the reason that none of the residents have contracted the virus. Whenever we have visited previously, we are always cheerfully greeted by staff.

While no place is like home for a loved one, Colonial Gardens has been a very good fit for my loved one. The activity director is very creative and has a caring heart for each resident. The great nurse too is very responsive and has assisted me in obtaining equipment and services for my loved one. She is proactive. Generally the food is delicious when compared to other facilities. My loved one has been at CG for over two years. Many on the floor staff are quite caring and a few are incredible. My observation is the lazy staff are let go if after counseling their performance does not improve. Colonial Gardens is small enough so my loved one calls the staff by name. I am very happy with his home.

The Khorasani Family would like to thank the staff from Colonial Gardens for their love and commitment to our father. The staff ability to accommodate, even when it wasnt easy or convenient, assured us our father was in excellent care. A Special thank you to Khadijah, Maria the activity director, Silvia, Pulla and the other staff member not mention here that treated him like family. Thank you to Elizabeth, Selena and all the staff members who came today for his grave site service. Your thoughtfulness will always be remembered. We appreciate every kindness and every gesture.
