I can't say anything negative about the community. The staff care and follow up with you on any issues or concerns. Pre-covid events were so much fun and events they have since put together haven't disappointed. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who wants great care by great staff and hands on administrative staff.

The Fiesta Celebration held here was fabulous! We loved the music, the atmosphere, and of course, the cookie walk. What a fun idea!!

I have been here for over 4 yrs as a Maintenance Director. The Management team here is amazing. Our team rose to the challenges of the pandemic and winter storm. I saw this team pull together and manage to get things done under extreme pressure and conditions. We ensured that our residents were safe, comfortable and happy. Most of our residents and their families that saw what we went through, told me, they appreciated our work.

The Haven and The Laurels is a very nice community for assisted living or memory care for your loved one. I has a cozy, home like atmosphere with a caring, professional staff and great service. It has been in the Stone Oak area for over 16 years and treats the residents like family. It is very affordable so you get the best care for a fair price. My mother was a resident in The Laurels and I felt secure knowing she was well looked after and that staff and management communicated with me on a regular basis. I would recommend this community if you are looking for a community that will take good care of your loved one.

Our loved one has been there for 1 1, 2 years now & she is in much better spirits & health than when she arrived. Theres a good balance of care & independence & a wonderful family atmosphere. Recommend for memory care.

Worked there for 8 years and moved my mom in who now lives there for the past 11 years. Its not home but really a nice place with caring staff. Highly recommend.

Mom was at the Haven for just under four years. My brother and I rested easily for the first time since she got ill, as we knew she was finally safe and well taken care of. The executive director, Margaret Rodriguez, and her staff always made mom feel special and took time to be supportive of my brother and me. We will miss the staff at this facility as they were like family to us.
