A Place For Mom
This is a friendly community. I believe with good intentions. However, they have a staffing problem. They continue to loss personnel and if replaced they are not trained properly. I've been very disappointed with the food served. I needed to have been more observant before signing a contract. I wish I had taken more time in my selection.

Over promises and under delivery. Did not refund in laws deposit even though never moved in because of medical reasons. Would not recommend

We have had several placements @ Franklin PARK TPC this year (2022). The community is beautiful, more importantly the care is outstanding. I would highly recommend Franklin Park TPC. [Name removed] and [name removed] (Director of Sales & Marketing) area truly amazing) -All Staff, from the Executive Director, Caregivers, Chef, Nurses, and Medtechs show genuine care and compassion to everyone. What really sticks out about Franklin Park is their customer service - if there is any problem questions or concerns they are very responsive. My mother in law wanted to move to another unit because of her dog and they made it happen within a day, they are super accommodating. They have so many activates offered for the residents. You can do as much or as little as you want, it is like a cruise ship. I would absolutely recommend this facility, we cannot say enough good about them. If you want to know your loved one is cared for and valued, I would move them here!
