A Place For Mom
We're not receiving the services that we are paying for. I would advise others to keep looking for more of a home-based facility, as I would not recommend Agape House II. The meals need to be more nutritional, structured, and based on a state approved menu. They also need to have a menu, so that at least if they're making something they'll need to adhere to it. As of now, they are not adhering to the menu that they say they'll have. When we go and visit they always want to enter the room, interject in our conversation, and they even have a monitor where they listen to our conversation. I understand the monitor in the sense of when they are sleeping or when guests aren't there, but the house is not that big to where they need the baby monitor during the day when staff are walking around. To me, it personally feels like a privacy infringement; they don't tell you it's there, they hide it behind a curtain.
