Sad that there are soo many negative reviews. The sites are ALWAYS clean and neat. Several staff have been there for YEARS!!! Meaning they LOVE what they do and patients are like family to them 🙂 They hold many events for the members staying there 🙂 Caregivers are always busy either cooking, cleaning, comforting or planning for the next event to get involve patients and family members to enjoy quality time together. Staff is readily available on the floor doing their jobs.. we have to be mindful that this facility is for Alzheimer not a regular "nursing home". Thank you to all the staff members who have such a great heart and care for everyone there 🙂 God Bless

I wanted to share my experience with The Cottages in Chandler Creek in Round Rock. This includes Caregivers and the the peolpe in charge. My Mother has been in care for almost 5 years and is was anything but easy at first for me and my Mother. The Cottages staff and Supervisor's had my back every step of the way and let me tell you it was a lot. I needed them and they were not only there in person for me and my Mother (of course) but they where there for me via texting, calls, Facebook, whenever I needed them. To this day I will call them "My family". My Mother calls The Cottages her "home" and even goes to groups now! It is amazing. I have never been disrespected by any of the staff only love, respect and kindness. I have considered moving but would never leave my Mother and I would never want her to leave The Cottages. This is my experience.
