February 2023
The staff is great. However, since my mom moved in the amenities have diminished even though the rent has gone up. The kitchen is short staffed and the waits are long, and the elevators don't work half of the time and that is a safety issue for her. The "on-call" buttons for independent living do not bring nursing staff as they lead you to believe in the tour. This facility has management issues.

Mom was overbilled and doesn't carry that much money in her checking account. Although they acknowledged their mistake, it took over a week to finally speak with someone in authority who assured us next month's rent will be prorated. Overall, we are pleased with the level of care Mom receives and with the rest of the facility and its staff. It is nice to know we do not have to worry about her care, as we live many hours away.

My relative live in this community and the staff and management are awesome. Management is very responsive to resident needs. The new director -George igets things taken care of immediately it brought to his attention. Their prices and rate is affordable compared to others in the area. I recommend this community to anyone seeking better care and affordable rate.

The Staff is AWESOME! They are very patience, helpful and knowledgeable. They have alot of activities and events. It's a Great place to live.

This place is extremely good at carrying their weight when it comes to keeping your loved ones safe from this virus. They go the extra mile to make sure that everyone is safe and everything is sanitized. The staff is delightful and they all seem to enjoy their job and really love being there. I love how much they truly care for the residents. I would most definitely feel safe bringing one of my loved ones to live here.
