I had a wonderful experience touring Liberty Heights with Julie. She gave me an exceptionally thorough and thoughtful tour, answered every question, and made it clear how deeply she cares about the residents and the community. She deserves tremendous credit for making the visit so welcoming and informative. Liberty Heights is bright, beautiful, exceptionally clean, and full of life. During my visit, around 30 residents were enthusiastically playing bean bag baseball”and absolutely loving it! The activity director was right there in the middle of the fun, and the energy was infectious. The community also features a beautiful dining area, a gorgeous movie theater, a cozy and inviting library, onsite therapy, and resident transportation. It genuinely felt active, warm, and engaging rather than simply being a nice building. I was equally impressed by the Huttos and the welcoming, resident-centered culture they have helped create. Liberty Heights is a beautiful community where residents appear to be truly involved, connected, and enjoying life. Thank you to Julie, the Huttos, and the entire Liberty Heights team for such a fantastic visit. I will be proudly recommending Liberty Heights to my patients and families!

I was helping my father in searching out a senior living place for him and my mom. Julie Hart was helpful in all the information I needed for Liberty Heights! I let her know I was looking for an assisted living/memory care for my mom. She was very knowledgeable and explained that there are several residents living there there were in my mom and dad’s position! So I went to check out their facility! I was very surprised at their cheerful, bright and clean facility! Even thou they have home care that work with their facility, l sad to say we are having to get more of a memory care plan for her! I would HIGHLY recommend Liberty Heights to any senior couple! Very bright and cheerful along with very reasonable rates!!

My Mom moved into Liberty Heights several months ago and she has been doing very well there. The staff is friendly and competent. She has everything she needs to live an independent life without the burdens of having to take care of a house. And if anything happened there are people around to help and that is a huge comfort.

The staff at Liberty Heights are compassionate, caring and connected to the residents. There is such a strong feeling of community and looking out for one another. They play games, share talents, go on outings and explore. There is always something to do and they make you feel so welcomed. I have the opportunity to visit with residents of Liberty Heights every week, and they all say the same thing: Liberty Heights is the best place for me!

A wonderful, caring facility! Liberty Heights is a beautiful home for my godmother. She has been there 2 years and she is very happy and has never had a negative experience! The staff always goes above and beyond to make ever resident fell cared for and safe! Melissa, Mary, Thomas and Larry make my work schedule much less stressful because I dont worry about this lovely 95 yr old lady!

It is very nice here and people are friendly. The food is great and management tries to accommodate residents’ needs. Many activities for residents. Movies, a transport bus to doctors and shopping, bingo and exercise. I love it here!

Place is nice but there is no central heat or air so don't expect your 1 unit in the living room to heat or cool your bedroom. The food is TV dinner quality most of the time (sometimes better but more often its worse) and there isn't much of it because management is more concerned about bonuses than their residents. I wouldn't want to be there in my elder years.

In search of 'a place for Dad', We visited many facilities in the area, and found we were comparing them all, to Liberty Heights. None even came close to the friendliness, cleanliness, that we found, each time we went back for another look. The residents are a family, they are inclusive to newcomers. All of the staff looks out for each resident, always with a smile. My Dad moved here last year, from out of State. This was a big adjustment, new State, no friends here, and giving up his 'own home'. Fast forward one year. He is so very happy he moved to Liberty Heights. This is home, and a happy one at that. The apartments are very nice, the common area furnishings are comfortable and inviting. Activities and entertainment, three served meals a day, snacks, transportation, movie theater. It just does not get better than Liberty Heights. The management team is 'top notch'. Thanks to Tom, Melissa, Larry, Mary, and Julie, for making my Dad feel so comfortable in his new home. (a very happy daughter).

I loved this place. Very clean and very spacious. I've done a lot of service projects at retirement places and have seen several unclean ones. There's another place my youth group sang at in November that was just very unclean and the smell of cigarettes was very strong. This place was just awesome and the staff was very friendly. Julie, one of the head honchos there took me for a tour around the facility downstairs and I wish I snapped photos because the place was very pleasing to look at. And compared to its counterpart we did service at, it was very nice.

It's an awesome place. Very clean and the staff there are so nice and helpful. Always things to do for the residents and they are fun. That makes a difference. Would highly recommend!!!
