We were extremely ecstatic to find the Alders. Every one is incredibly kind. From management to residents. Our home is lovely! If we ever have a maintenance problem? Terry is right on it to ensure everything works well! Laura Teel is our property manager. She was and is an absolute joy to work with. My deposit got lost in the mail. Laura gave me enough time to UPS my deposit in. It's wonderfully quiet. There are so many exciting things to do here too. Come by and see the best apartment complex in Rockwall! You won't be disappointed!!!

We are very happy here at Alders of Rockwall. The office staff. Laura Beth and Daisy are both so friendly AND professional! They help me with computer stuff, which is above their daily duties, but for which I am grateful. I am old school and just appreciate hard copies of everything. The maintenance people Terry who does repairs quickly and efficiently is always there with a smile and hello as he knocks on our door. He REALLY IS a valuable asset to our apartment complex. As is Liilli who does the clean up. She also sets out food for our Thursday continental breakfasts. SO...many thanks to corporate management for hiring such an efficient and friendly crew. We know there is a waiting list, but we still recommend Alders to friends!

Alders Rockwall is a wonderful place to live, it is a beautiful community with lots of things to do both inside and outside. Laura Beth does a fantastic job managing the property, she has lots of compassion and respect for everyone. Daisy personally handled my lease and she made me feel so welcome. Terry is outstanding at his job in maintenance and Lily in housekeeping. The entire community has a family type atmosphere, I highly recommend Alders Rockwall.

My mother loves living there She says it is just like home. She has a back door where she can watch the rain and a front door where she can recieve visitors .

Have lived here one year. Love Most everything. Many great features and love all amenities. Have to move-- very disappointed. Cannot get Management to correct upstairs neighbors. Woman living above us weights in excess OF 300 pounds and disturbs us just walking across her floor. All hours of day and up by 5 a.m., which is several hours before our " rising time". I suppose the Management doesn't want to relocate them -- So We Will Move. We have never received any apologies or other offers of help-- Hope new tenants are more understanding and or DEAF.
