The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lunch they treated us to was excellent and plentiful. Everyone was welcoming and so friendly. I was able to secure a one bedroom apartment with a deck, so was very lucky! I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

The Brook Ridge staff are so kind and caring. The residents are happy and welcoming. The small touches are really nice (the checkers board in the library), the monthly calendar's being posted online, the beautiful grounds. I am always impressed with how well run everything is.

This place is wonderful. I go visit my mom every weekend and eat lunch with her. The helper angels that bring us the meal are always so kind and remember what we've gotten before and ask us if we want the same snacks or different ones. I had asked in this review to get my mom's closet fixed and they did a great job. When my mom's plumbing needed to be fixed for the toilet my mom called immediately and they fixed it the next day. My mom's room is very quiet and we cannot hear the neighbors. This location is close to where my mom is going to have surgery and is very convenient to hospitals. If furniture is not needed anymore, Brookridge saves it and has a sale so others in community may buy it. My mom bought some nice furniture and the wonderful helper angels working there brought the furniture directly to my mom's room. Only thing that might be better in the rooms would be to have vinyl flooring instead of carpet as the elderly might trip with the carpet. Plus the carpet keeps a lot more dust. Thank you for having a nice place to live.

My Mom has lived here a while! She loves not having to cook and the social side of going to the dining room. The best part about BrookRidge though is the kind and compassionate staff!

My 100 year old mother has lived at Brook Ridge for two years. She and I highly recommend this retirement center. The staff, including supervisors, business, maintenance, food service, and housekeeping provide superior service. They know the residents and treat them like family. The facility is clean, attractive and kept up to date. I feel very secure and blessed that my mother is not just well cared for, but that she is loved at Brook Ridge.

My dad and his significant other moved into Brook Ridge recently. My wife and I came to visit for a few days and stayed in a guest unit. Staff is super friendly. Dining options were great. Maintenance staff were friendly and very accommodating. Super clean facility and kept nice inside and out. Excellent value for cost compared to amenities and overall fit and finish. Movie room. Library. Fitness room. Nice billiards area. Really nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Lots of in-house activities. Close to shopping and needed errands. Highly recommend and we really appreciate the caring staff that we experienced first hand. Most importantly, dad is very happy after moving from another facility that changed ownership and left much to be desired.

I love Brook Ridge. Elsa and her staff are above and beyond. Thoughtful, kind people who work so hard to help create a community. My dad really enjoyed his time there, especially the food. I was happy that he could have a regular schedule and interact with other people. Every person or couple has their own well-sized apartment, with communal spaces and activities right outside their doors. We found Brook Ridge to be a great value for the money. Once my dad got settled in, the only monthly bill outside of Brook Ridge was his mobile phone. They really take care of everything. Worth a visit! Highly recommended!

I've lived at Brook Ridge for two years and since my first day I've been wowed! I moved in the day after Christmas and I'm as happy as the day I moved in. Not only was a beautiful building outside but also I was dazzeld by all the decorations inside. The staff and management are the most congenial people i have ever met. I always say "this is a 5 star place at a 1 star price.

Living at Brook Ridge has been excellent. The meals here are absolutely suberb. People are very welcoming since the day I got here. Management is really good and responsive to peoples needs. Activities keeps me motivated and having transportation has made life easier.

Very nice staffs to new resident & family member. They really make you feel welcome. We are moving in to Brook Ridge Retirement Comminity from Heritage Village- now this is a real improvement as far as being treated as a dignify Seniors! I just moved in our Uncle/Aunt and the experience of moving in was Excellent. Common dining area and rest rooms on each floor in the main building smell GOOD not like other Senior Apartment/Community. I'm giving this place a *5 STARS* A real excellent place for Mom!

The staff and facilities are great The emergency generators are inadequate. The power went out and generators failed to keep the AC going. Lucky it was at night.

I am a local doctor and I have my mom living here. This is a great facility. Great friendly staff that will go way out of their way to help and will do just about anything that is needed to help your family or loved one. Don't let bad reviews misguide you. I highly recommend it!!!
