I love Brook Ridge. Elsa and her staff are above and beyond. Thoughtful, kind people who work so hard to help create a community. My dad really enjoyed his time there, especially the food. I was happy that he could have a regular schedule and interact with other people. Every person or couple has their own well-sized apartment, with communal spaces and activities right outside their doors. We found Brook Ridge to be a great value for the money. Once my dad got settled in, the only monthly bill outside of Brook Ridge was his mobile phone. They really take care of everything. Worth a visit! Highly recommended!

The facility is fantastic, the employees are even better, and the food is great! My initial experience starting with my tour and having lunch with Vianey was wonderful making it easy to decide this was the place where I needed to be. Elsa has met every need that has made this a great experience and Janette is the swiss army knife of Brook Ridge she can and will do everything.

Living at Brook Ridge has been excellent. The meals here are absolutely suberb. People are very welcoming since the day I got here. Management is really good and responsive to peoples needs. Activities keeps me motivated and having transportation has made life easier.

Ive lived at Brook Ridge for two years and since my first day Ive been wowed! I moved in the day after Christmas and Im as happy as the day I moved in. Not only was a beautiful building outside but also I was dazzeld by all the decorations inside. The staff and management are the most congenial people i have ever met. I always say this is a 5 star place at a 1 star price.

The Brook Ridge staff in Pharr, Texas has been so very helpful and supportive of our care for our mother. The staff is always friendly, the food is tasty, diverse and healthy, and the facility is beautiful and well maintained. We recommend this retirement community highly.

Absolutely the best!! The staff is the most accommodating and thoughtful group I have ever dealt with. Upon the death of my mother, they were able to move my father to a new apartment within 24 hours. They moved everything, including clothes and personal items in a 4 hour time span while we were out. When we returned, the only thing we did was hang pictures. It was wonderful and so much appreciated.

Very nice staffs to new resident & family member. They really make you feel welcome. We are moving in to Brook Ridge Retirement Comminity from Heritage Village- now this is a real improvement as far as being treated as a dignify Seniors! I just moved in our Uncle, Aunt and the experience of moving in was Excellent. Common dining area and rest rooms on each floor in the main building smell GOOD not like other Senior Apartment, Community. Im giving this place a *5 STARS* A real excellent place for Mom!

I am a local doctor and I have my mom living here. This is a great facility. Great friendly staff that will go way out of their way to help and will do just about anything that is needed to help your family or loved one. Dont let bad reviews misguide you. I highly recommend it!!!

The staff and facilities are great The emergency generators are inadequate. The power went out and generators failed to keep the AC going. Lucky it was at night.

Our foster parents live there and are very happy just like us for them. The place always clean and a very nice feeling since we came in. Very nice and helpful workers and staff, always aware of their elderly 24 hours.
