In late June of 2024, my husband Ed moved into Trinity Oaks. He had a diagnosis of Stage 4 Renal Cell Cancer. It was a hard decision to make but it was the best situation possible for him. He received the most loving thoughtful care for the remaining six months of his life. The staff was kind and thoughtful and went far above and beyond what we expected. His last days were filled with love and care and concern for him and for us, his family. Thanks so much for making a difficult time easier to bear. If you are looking for the best place for your loved one, you cannot go wrong by choosing Trinity Oaks of Pearland.

The atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. The community is clean, odor-free. Caregivers are experienced, committed and caring. The leadership is excellent. Most importantly, the residents are at the center of everything that’s done!

My son and I have had the honor to volunteer at Trinity Oaks of Pearland and have enjoyed every minute. While we have spent time there we have encountered the kindness of the staff and have enjoyed watching the interactions of staff, residents and support members. Those moments have been light hearted and sweet. I love that the residents are encouraged to be independent while also having a support system to help with any social and physical limitations. I want to specifically say thank you to Faleena for all of the amazing events and treats you plan for the residents. {{Smiles}}

I love Trinity Oaks and the entire staff! My favorite thing to see is when the residents get to do the fun activities. The activity director has such wonderful ideas to help keep the residents active and crafty. The director and staff love and care for the residents with upmost regard. They are very helpful with the families as well ♥️

I work with a hospice company and have been calling on them for a year. Karla has never been anything but kind and wonderful to everybody I have seen her with. My nurse went there today and worked with her staff and she couldn't say enough great things about them. They are a great community and they have great care there.

Amazing place to volunteer at! I go roughly two to three times a week and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. All the residents are very nice and also welcoming. The staff always makes fun events throughout the days to be more interactive with the residents. It is a very respecting and loving place. 🙂

My mom was a resident here for 3 years before she passed. The staff were angels. From the day she arrived to the day she left they were helpful, compassionate and went above and beyond for my family and me. Management was always professional and handled any concerns we had in a timely manner. Work orders were addressed in hours and if not hours, it was always handled in a timely manner. When looking for a place for your loved one you always have worries about the place you are picking feeling like home, but we felt right at home here. Thank you to the staff for caring for my mom and I would recommend Trinity Oaks to anyone who has a elder loved one that needs a Senior Living Community.

I work here at Trinity Oaks and I absolutely love working here, the residents are very nice and the staff and management do there job at a excellent pace and being the weekend receptionist at the building the residents love the way how I take my time to help them with whatever they need and also like how I sit down and have a conversation with them.

Ive lived at Trinity Oaks for a year and a half in Independent Living. I came here because I had a fall and needed a safe place to call home. Ive made friends very easy and the gathering places offer a homey atmosphere for connecting with the other residents. My biggest joy is crafting and get togethers and there is a wide variety of activities for all of us. Ive grown close to everyone and we have shared many memories. The care from the staff makes me feel so safe. Transportation is offered so I never have to worry about driving myself. The staff is warm and keeps me laughing everyday. They really get to know us and keep in good communication with our families. Trinity Oaks is a great place to call home.

My husband and I are entertainers who specialize in retirement communities. The 4-star rating is reflective of our perception while we are on location and of our post-show visits with residents - happy residents! Everyone is so happy and, so far, no negative comments about Trinity Oaks. The staff seems friendly and attentive. I love this facility. I totally enjoy working here The staff is wonderful and we all strive to make the residents happy and thats what matters. But every since Ann Ryan left its horrible. They have a new lady by the name of Kendra (shes from corporate) and the secretary by the name of Christina they are very racist. And we have proof. When myself and another worker made a complaint to the corporate they terminated us cause kendra and Christina is close so they fired me and chan when we was the ones that were getting harrassed by christina and its funny cause we had witnesses. Also good luck to anyone who go work for them cause I swear they are very racist and they both made a statement stating that they were going to get rid of the whole staff due to the color

Oh, how I love Trinity Oaks and the entire staff! My mother moved there in 2013. At that time she was in independent living. She transitioned into assisted living one year ago. He has transitioned to the assisted living side with the passage of time and the loving support of the staff over the past 6 years. My family has been very happy with our moms experience at Trinity Oaks. Shes been there almost nine years, and its so nice to know shes in a safe and friendly environment. The staff is always helpful and the director of the facility is always looking for any way to make Trinity Oaks the best place it can be for the residents.

My father has been a resident for almost 3 years here, and we are very satisfied and thankful for the care he is receiving. There have been some changes, and there will be growing pains, however no noted deficits in the care of my Dad. The foundation they are laying will be strong and resident centered because that is what they value the most. Thanks to Hurricane Harvey, we saw an incredible level of care and dedication from every staff member, from the director down. Several residents were not able to evacuate to their families on Friday the 25th, and the director stayed the entire time (through Wednesday I believe) caring for those that could not leave. The staff that was with her could not be relieved as so much of the city was flooded. We are grateful for their unwavering care during that horrible time! Social media has revealed those that dont care, this entity has an overabundance of concern and love for their residents, please pass that on!
