My husband has stayed at this facility twice now. The care is excellent! I love the staff. They are all very caring and are more like family now. Dr. Conoly OMG amazing! He is so caring and communicates very well. Khaled is the hardest worker I have ever seen. I watch him every morning going room to room checking on every single patient in his building. Physical therapy has been great as well. They are helping in every way to get his strength back. I would highly recommend the oasis at pearland to anyone in need of a nursing facility.

I'm here almost 2 weeks now and things have improved management has helped me with staying here I want it to keep it that way.unfortunatelyl I was not treated properly they don't keep their premises. Meals made me sick very poor variety. Thank you Kelly and Satcha you were excellent ..they need more CNA like you. Place was definitely not a joy Still sick from not eating well there would not recommend I did not change to 5 stars someone else did..I would never recommend this place

My dad was a resident here for a month, and we had a very positive experience. This is an excellent skilled nursing facility with a caring and professional staff. The nursing team is attentive, the therapy department is amazing, and the environment is clean and welcoming. The food was also appetizing and well prepared. The residents are treated with respect and compassion. We truly appreciate the care and support they provided to my dad.

I came to visit my dad at 9:15 pm. I was shocked and upset to see that, that late at night nobody was there to question me and I just walked in. That door should be locked and anyone who wants to visit should be buzzed in an Id. Anyone can walk in off the street , assault a patient or steal. please make changes to security for safety of the patients

The Assistant Administrator Genacie Bates is very good at her job. She knows all of the residents and works well with her staff and the families. She is friendly and makes sure the resident's needs are met.

I was there for 5 weeks. They really do care about the residents. They go above and beyond to help you out. The nurses, CNAs, respiratory, and pt are awesome. I give a big shout out to Ms. Maryland, Anna, Gabriella and Miles, Kenya. There are way more I'm just horrible at names. Ms Rosetta is simply awesome she went way above to help my family out. The only con about this place is that they need more staff. But it is a great place that does care. They work their rear off for the residents.

I recently visited this facility to visit my loved one and I just want to say the staff was very welcoming I encountered Miss Rida in the back I think she’s maybe the nurse manager she was very kind and welcoming with a big smile the nurses Miss D and Gabby I think and CNA Miss Marilyn and Lucy Kudos to them and I would recommend this facility to anyone. Keep up the great work

I had the privilege of being a client of Windsong Care Center in Pearland a few weeks ago.I was not the easiest person to get along with at first because I was away from home and my comfort zone but the nurses and aids just continued to love on me and made me feel safe and comfortable. I was there because of damage to my lungs from contracting covid a few month's before. The Rehabilitation department was top notch they not only gave me great therapy but I enjoyed going every day they made it fun. Thanks Pam and Kevin. I was so blessed to have such a loving group of people caring for me. The quality of care I received was excellent and one of the most clean facilities I've ever been to. Did I forget to mention the food? Some of the best meals I've had outside of cooking my own food (lol). I would like to thank Brad in admissions and Ms. Vicki the owner. We were one big family. I recommend this facility whole heartily. Miss and love my Windsong family (staff)

Our mother was a resident at Windsong, currently Oasis, for the last decade. She passed at 96 years old on New Year’s morning. After Covid the previous owners retired and Oasis bought them out. It was a difficult transition because most of the original staff fell off during Covid or moved on when Oasis took over, leaving mostly agency people to fill in. After several different administrators came snd went, they finally found Frances, the current administrator. Frances came just in time and I started seeing things getting better Immediately. She has an open door policy and always followed through with every concern or request my family and I asked of her. Under her guidance I see Oasis being restored to the high quality care facility that it was before the pandemic

My mom is currently here and has been since August 2023, she has gotten excellent care and any concerns I have had were addressed the same day, usually within minutes. Are they understaffed? YES, just like any other hospital or facility in America. Does their staff work hard to overcome the shortages YES YES YES! Frances is the Administrator and is extremely helpful and does everything she can to make the residents and their families comfortable! They are all amazing and I can not say enough good things about them! Ms Rose and Ms Nikki are the Activities Directors and they are AWESOME! Mom loves playing bingo 3 times a week and all the other activities they do. I am thankful for all they do!

The CNA's treat the residents with dignity and respect. Dietary staff works hard providing delicious meals and Activities are always fun and exciting, housekeepers are always cleaning to make the facility look and smell nice. We are all working together for the residents.

This place is so friendly from the moment you walk in! The staff greets you with a smile and everyone is so attentive. The activities department is great and they keep the patients busy and having fun. The food is amazing and they really take into consideration the individual patients likes and dislikes.

Update They say this place has been sold. If so.... the old reviews are for previous owners. -not current owners. I heard it's changed now? Original review for old owners/management Well...I must say this place is a diamond in the ruff. Dont judge the building. I visited this place today because reviews I read made the place seem homey. it has a homey feel to it. The business administrator (wish I remember her name ”) gave me a tour without an appointment answered all of my questions. One thing that stood out to me is she took me all of the way around didn't make it appear as if she was hiding anything. The history of this place being owned by a family who used to live there at the building with their patients and now owned by one of there children who is there everyday shows that there is sincere vested interest in this place. I am truelly impressed and my heart is warm. I can not speak from the perspective of having a loved one live there....but I can say this is a definitely an option to consider and remember regardless if it is the destination. Five

Mediocre care at best. Food is ok I hear. Brad, Amber and Melissa in admissions are great. Many of the nurses are ok, too many are not. The nursing supervisor Elizabeth is one of the good ones. PT is only weekdays and so far not impressive. They require you to jump through way more hoops than any other SNF and for what? Good luck getting a health professional to bother to call even to establish a care plan. For days and days and days. Prescribed meds waiting on clearance from a very absent medical staff. Doctor "there"or "available"2x a week. Nurse Practitioner as well I hear. But they are MIA, won't return calls even from nursing staff. This is subpar. The hospitals are bursting with covid patients and the doctors there still manage to call the families daily or if slammed every other day. Here they have only a few and cant be bothered. For the record, both myself and my family have worked in clinics, skilled nursing and the medical field. Immediate and extended family includes doctors and nurses. I only expect good care not dont care. You can do better.

My beautiful Momma has been a resident of Windsong for several years. My brother and I have been very happy with the level of care she has received! During Covid it has been difficult for everyone, but this amazing team worked so hard to care for our love one’s! One very special lady makes video chats with my Mom to me, for so long that’s the only way I could see her, she even plays Frank Sinatra on her cell phone for my mom because she knows it brings her joy! Thank you so much Miss Darlene! We were blessed to have our mom here, and we thank this wonderful family for their dedication and love for our love ones!

My mother was a resident here for over a month for rehab due to Covid. We are so thankful we chose to send her to this facility! From the very first phone call to Brad, I knew this was the right decision. They treated my Mom like a queen! And don't get me started on the food . I was jealous. We are truly thankful to the staff and everyone involved in getting my Mom strong and able to return home to us. Windsong truly rolled out the red carpet to make an otherwise scary and stressful situation like a vacation for her. We are beyond grateful!

What a wonderful rehab facility! They truly cater to their residents and they have great food . My cousin went to this facility to recover from covid. Brad and the rest of the staff rolled out the red carpet to accommodate her needs. As a healthcare professional myself, patient satisfaction is highly important to me and Windsong went above and beyond to assist with my cousin and I am truly grateful ™.

The inside was nice and seemed clean with no obnoxious odors. No reception area...no one to assist you coming in for tour. A Dr. kept looking at me strangely did not smile, did not ask if he could direct us, the two nurse's ignored me as well as someone's call alert...the friendliest person the was a sweet old man that greeted us as we walk up to the front doors as there were several of them enjoying outside. So moved on to more helpful facilities.

Joe and Vicki are great people and took care of us at our time of need. Their staff was has nice as the the owners. A picture fell and glass broke by the time I went to the hall someone was coming with a broom and dust pan to clean up the mess I just made. Highly recommend this place and I normally do not leave reviews.
