I know anyone who has a loved one in an assisted living facility feel as if they have to say great things about said facility. I have no personal connection to Morada North Richland Hills only delivered packages there a couple of times. Everytime I go there the activities guy is laughing and really enjoying the residents. I mean you can't tell it's an assisted living facility because they are all so comfortable together it reminds me of a family reunion! Hey do anybody know the name of the fragrance they use in this particular location? Smells fresh and clean every visit.

I have been in this business for 15 years and absolutely can say I found my home. The residents are so warm and loving, always helping each other, and always keep the staff on their feet. I am so happy my family suggested this place to live while I recover from my car accident.This place feels like a ((very warm hug! ))!My family spent a lot of time looking for a PLACE like this TO RECOVER AT.After a lot of looking and Due Diligence. They decided on Morada NRH. My time here has been delightful! . The best part are the people helping all the residence. I'm speaking about the staff!!!! When I got here my first day. Everyone here has a very helpful attitude and makes you feel welcomed a very huggy warm feeling, The Executives like President, Jennifer and her administration always makes you feel like a giant hug! They are always there and willing to help you if you need something . Our Chefs are very nice and understanding always asking us how's the food? They really pay attention to details and making us smile. The residences are made to feel like family.Our entertainment and social director James is outstanding and fun and very gracious. He always encourage activities and plans cool and fun events throughout the year. i really enjoy the staff, like Casey, Monica,Kandy, Mel, Ryan ,AJ ,Harry,Lindsey,Ana,Sammie,all the nurses , technicians, cleaning, staff always makes sure the room smells nice and are cleaned. feels so good like a warm hug. Our Leader and President,Jennifer made sure we had a Christmas that I will always remember! the effort thoughtfulness was so overwhelming! The residence are very nice. they are of mixed ages Seniors to Younger very nice polite and fun. We are like a giant family. I know because of my large family. Family is all about love and we have that here ! I am speaking from my heart. This is by far the best place for seniors to live last year during Christmas was my first time ever seeing a Christmas like this for the residents here put together by the Director of Celebrations James Nicholson. The Executive Director Jennifer Coggins really supports everything James does for the beautiful residents here he really take great care and time out with them. And the garden and flower garden is to die for well done. It's very rare you get someone that loves there job and what they do and you can really see that James Nicholson loves what he does.

I've been here for 4 years and ever since Morada NRH took this place over it has been nothing short of a God send. Jennifer the Executive Director really cares about her residents and our community. She doesn't just sit in her office she is out and about with all of us and very involved. Casie Parrott is not only my med-tech she has become one of my very good friends. We take nightly walks around the building and I know I can always count on her. All in all the change was for the better and it shows in the leadership and the staff.

I am the legal guardian of an elderly gentleman and I am so pleased with the care that The staff and administration at Morata has extended to him. They have been nothing but honest and helpful and compassionate as well as understanding of his issues and needs. Finding this place for him so close to our home has been a huge answer to prayer. I like that it is smaller than many facilities so that they can learn the residence and understand what's needed for them. I realize a lot of places have staff changes but I feel like the turnover here has been minimal compared to other places... our family has participated in the care of other family members that have been at much more expensive places and received substandard care so the price of a facility doesn't necessarily dictate quality. ... We are so thankful to be at this facility

Visited the facility on an interest to have my mother here. I was greeted by a kind staff and given a tour. I felt this was the place I wanted my mother to reside at. Unfortunately, it appears my mother needs a higher level of care than an assisted living community. I will recommend the community to anyone needing that level of care. Definitely a caring group of individuals at Morada North Richland Hills.

The staff is great! They have been so caring since the day I moved in. Activities are plentiful and great! We have a beautiful garden that James helped us start. The garden is a great addition to our outside space. I've met some great friends and neighbors here, too!

My wife and I have lived here for 13 months. Overall it is a good place. The food is so-so and because of my wife's medical needs we have to cook our own food (no discount) The rent was increased 10% when my lease ended and there is an extra person fee, so be prepared to pay alot when lease ends. Residents are mostly friendly but a few are snotty. Front desk management gets along well but some in the business office think they know more than God. Favortism is shown to some. Presently painters are in the building merely to justify the cost of rent increase. Lots of activities if you like bingo. My only complaint is huge rent increase of over $200 I can't find justification on paper.

I'm glad we decided to move my grandma here all the staff is so helpful and it's very nice to see a very "hands-on" Executive Director and a LVN that actually cares and helps as much as she can. Overall Morada has been wonderful!
