The facility staff goes above and beyond to care for the residents The changes made to the kitchen over the past 12 months are noticeable and a huge improvement. The decor and feel of the place isn't nursing facility vibes, it's "I'm home!" vibes.

If you notice, most positive reviews are from 2 years ago. The quality of the facility has gone downhill. The caregivers are sweet and caring but grossly overworked because management is more interested in making the lobby and exterior appealing but have a closed door approach to much else. The floors and walls are nasty. The food is not good and unappealing. The director, Jennifer, tells you what you want to hear but makes no change. In the year we were there, the updates promised to the unit were never done. Always on back order. Probably not the worst facility, but definitely not one I would recommend.

I know anyone who has a loved one in an assisted living facility feel as if they have to say great things about said facility. I have no personal connection to Morada North Richland Hills only delivered packages there a couple of times. Everytime I go there the activities guy is laughing and really enjoying the residents. I mean you can't tell it's an assisted living facility because they are all so comfortable together it reminds me of a family reunion! Hey do anybody know the name of the fragrance they use in this particular location? Smells fresh and clean every visit.

I visited the Morada for a family member , the staff is amazing but the one that stood out the most is Hailee the concierge, she is friendly and outgoing and I loved her personality. Keep up the great work! I will definitely keep yall at the top of my list.

This is such a clean, inviting, and friendly place. We took my mother in law to tour the facility and it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and offered so much good information. This place has so much to offer! The garden is so inviting! Two thumbs up for sure!

Visited the facility on an interest to have my mother here. I was greeted by a kind staff and given a tour. I felt this was the place I wanted my mother to reside at. Unfortunately, it appears my mother needs a higher level of care than an assisted living community. I will recommend the community to anyone needing that level of care. The Staff is wonderful and always seem happy and excited to see everyone, very welcoming to all visitors. The Wellness Director Linsey is so caring and attentive to all the residents. Executive Director Jennifer has done a wonderful job ensuring that the facility is very well maintained, and the staff is professional. The Community Relations Specialist Ana is a terrific representation and is excellent in explaining how daily life is at Morada. All Activities are enjoyable and personable to everyone involved.
