My mom lived there for two years until her dementia determined she needed to be moved to full time memory care. It was a wonderful place. The staff was great. They interacted with the residents and knew them by name. Food was great. It's the people that make the place. We will hold on to the special memories and friends we made at Brookdale NRH. Thanks to all.

This particular Brookdale location (NRH) has been wonderful. The staff is welcoming, the activities plentiful, the food is better than average food found in many LTC facilities, and there's a genuine sincereness in MOST of the staff wanting the Residents to be happy and well cared for. We feel so blessed that our Mother can live here!

My dad lived here for 3 months before he got sick and had to move on to a facility that could provide him with more care. He loved those 3 months he spent at Brookdale NRH and thought the world of the staff there who treated him like family. They even called to check on him when he was in the hospital. Big shouts out to Debbie, Amber, Tameka, Judy and Jennifer especially. Wish he could still be there.

Care about your love ones I would NOT RECOMMEND Brookdale to anyone. My dad 94 years old a veteran live there over a year and they kicked him out when he tested positive for COVID back in November. They moved him out that night to a place 30 miles away and costs him out of pocket thousands of dollars. The CEO AND Executive Director were very unresponsive and they insisted that he continue to pay Brookdale rent even though they would not let him back in and delayed us from getting his possessions. This was rather downfall for my dad who has passed away. Be very careful when signing any agreements with this company. AGAIN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Brookdale NRH is a very warm and attractive facility, having been recently renovated. The staff is caring and helpful. My sister moved there 6 months ago and is thriving there. She has few family members left and the staff and residents there have become her extended family. I am very grateful for Brookdale NRH for the love and care they provide. So happy to have found this wonderful place.

We looked at 14 places when trying to help our parents find their assisted living home, and took them to tour 4 of those places. We are so glad they chose Brookdale North Richland Hills on Emerald Hills Way. The facility is very comfortable for them. The staff are exceptionally caring and they treat you like family. Its a great comfort to know our parents are being well looked after. The food is very good. The community of residents are very welcoming. Our parents love the many social activities they provide. Since being at Brookdale we see our parents thriving! Thank you Brookdale for helping our parents transition from living at home to living where they can get the exceptional care they need.

The North Richland Hills community is wonderful. Every member of the staff truly cares, and provides excellent support and care. My mother lived at this location for almost 4 years, and the care she received was excellent. Additionally, there are numerous daily activities if one chooses to be active with other residents. This location is well maintained, the food is great, and it has a very homey feel. If you are looking for something that is above the norm- I would highly recommend that you check out Brookdale NRH.

Ive been a personal caregiver at this location for a couple of years now for different people there and find this to be a VERY nice facility compared to others Ive visited...the facilities are kept clean and the staff is always very helpful...I would highly recommend this particular location to anyone considering this type of facility!

My mother has lived in this facility for nine years and we are very happy with Brookdale NRH. The building is clean, sunny and bright, and well maintained. Her two room apartment is spacious. The food is very good. We love the flexibility built into the dining room hours, mom can eat whenever she's hungry, instead of within a prescribed hour. There are many food options for every meal, something for everyone. As with all facilities, there is turnover in aides, but we have received excellent, compassionate care with each. The administration is very interested in quality service for the residents, and if ever I have had an issue, their response has been immediate. I highly recommend Brookdale NRH.

Our dad has been here for the last 3 years and truly loves this place. The staff are very attentive, including the dining hall servers, administrators, and nurse staff. They are always concerned with his well being and very active in contacting us if they see a change in his eating or behavior. They are appreciative of the family members and provide quarterly Family Gathering Dinners. They offer great field trips for the residents (Ranger Games, Christmas Lights, Walmart Shopping), plenty of weekly activities-games-live music-movie nights-socials, and provides a bus service to local dr appts. The residents are a close knit group of people and if our Dad misses breakfast, someone is coming to see why. We have great peace of mind knowing that he loves it here and is well taken care of and has assistance if needed. In the case of looking for a reputable place for a parent I recommend Brookdale NRH!

I wanted to thank the entire staff of Brookdale North Richland Hills for all of their care and service they have provided over the past 2 1/2 years for my mom Juanita Fuller. I cannot say enough about the effort the staff provided and the wonderful environment they provided for my mom. She passed away just this week and was always thankful for everyone! Thank You!
