My parents are current residents of Holiday Lane, and been there for four years. The staff are family to us. The kindness, compassion and genuine caring for the residents is evident from the moment you enter the facility. Four years ago, we toured several facilities before we toured Holiday Lane Estates. When we entered the building, my father said, this is home. He was right. Thank you for you love, and gracious support in caring for my Mom and Dad!

She absolutely loves her spacious studio style room, the meals, the activities, the community and the caring staff (that we now call family)! If you’re looking for an assisted living community in NRH, you have to check out Holiday Lane Estates.

The activities are amazing, food is delicious...and the staff, well they are the best I have ever seen. 1.12.26 edit - I was sad to see Mindy leave but SO grateful that Andreia Mitchell is the newest Executive Director of Holiday Lane Estates. Andreia is doing a FABULOUS job and the best director yet. She cares more about the residents than any of the others and has a great team working with her. And I want to commend the Kitchen Director also - I don't know her name. Jacinda is an excellent Events Director and her voice is amazing. I loved hearing her sing when I was able to take my Mom to Jacinda's Bingos. And as always, the aides take such good care of my Mom. And the new cleaning lady is exceptional. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to ALL of you at Holiday Lane Estates! Keep doing what you're doing. My Mom and I appreciate ALL of you. I just hope Silver Care Management is treating you all very well because you all deserve the best. 6.1.24 edit - I am convinced that Mindy is now in the role in which she excels and is doing all she can for the residents regardless of the SilverCare corporate's "money is all that matters" mindset. I've also gotten great feedback from my Mother that KoKo is very kind and my Mother said she sees why the aides have a lot of respect for her. And as always, the aides are amazing with my Mom which is so comforting to me. A HUGE thank you to the aides, Mindy and KoKo for what you do and for putting up with me and for ensuring my Mom is getting what she needs. 4.27.24 edit- Mindy is doing a good job in her new role. I'm starting to think that SilverCare Management is holding her back from doing a lot of things she knows needs done and wants to get done for the benefit of the residents but, SilverCare Management is a business and it's all about the bottom line for this company with no regard for the residents' needs. I'm just grateful for the employees at this facility. They take very good care of my Mom and that's all that matters. Thank you, Mindy, for doing all you can do, regardless of the corporate greed. After meeting with Ryan Patrick, the Senior Sales and Marketing Director of SilverCare Management, and I have decided to give the new management of Holiday Lane a chance to make positive changes. While I understand that changes will take time, I'm anxious to see what happens next. I truly hope that Mindy Ford does excel in her new position as Executive Director for the sake of the residents and for the reputation of the facility. I have no doubt that Shunell Mutisya will excel in her new position as Lead Caregiver as she has extensive experience working as a care giver in the facility, understands the challenges the aides may have and she truly cares about the residents. The aides have been amazing with my Mother, Dennis is doing a great job managing the kitchen and dining room but Christie Hires, the former Activities Director will truly be missed by many although I understand her decision to leave. I will still recommend this facility to anyone that has a loved one that enjoys a small, cozy setting instead of the bigger facilities that have that "cruise ship" environment.

I love having my Mom here! She is happy, social, gets involved by giving her time to deliver mail, attends outings to lunch & Walmart, gets her hair done, and is involved with activities weekly. I visited 13 other communities before finding this Assisted Living efficiency apartment with kitchenette & private bath. She has gained 30 pounds with great meals, which she really needed. If I can’t take off work as a Speech Language Pathologist, they will take her! What a blessing. I have appreciated everyone who has worked here. They allow private companies to come in for speech therapy, physical therapy & nursing assistance. It’s always clean & are ready to assist. Peter, the director, is always available to assist. Med Techs are fantastic to work with. My mom loves the Cowboys / Rangers & can often watch them on the living room tv. This place has been a home away from home & I know my mom is cherished here. Thank you everyone for the care given to my mom. CC

I wish I could give more than 5-stars to Holiday Lane Eststes”this place is amazingly awesome! The amount of love, care and attention that every single employee gives to each resident (and to the resident’s personal room) is something very refreshing and something that is much appreciated. The staff takes the time to really get to know the residents, and they treat each resident with the utmost respect and sincere kindness. The facility is clean, smells clean, looks nice, provides an inviting atmosphere; and, it radiates a genuine sense of hope, love, and joy that will be noticed as soon as you enter the front door. My step-mother is truly living her best elderly life at Holiday Lane Estates! She enjoys the attentive staff, the socialization with others, the food, and the love she feels on a daily basis. Holiday Lane Estates is much more than your typical assisted living facility it is even more than just a great home for your loved one it is family!

Our mother was placed in this assisted living December 2019. They have done a great job taking care of the people there. It is well kept and feels like being in a home. Their staff does great esp having to put up with my mother at times being bossy. This place was proactive, as opposed to our governor, in making sure the lockdown was in place. They are taking Full precautions like the state of Washington and other successful states are doing. Glad to know there is good leadership and staff at this place for the residents. Thanks for all you are doing during these stressful times.

We moved my father-in-law into Brookdale Holiday Lane 3 weeks ago. Tonya the administrator along with Lisa the nurse are angles! The staff is very compassionate and respectful with the residents. We visit daily and feel like part of the family! The overall feeling is like being home.

My grandmother was a resident at Brookdale Holiday Lane Estates for approximately 9 months before she passed away. I would recommend this assisted living facility to anyone. The staff is kind, accommodating and trustworthy. They treated my grandmother like family, and took care of her like they were taking care of their own grandmother. When she passed away, they grieved right along with my family and still send "thinking of you" cards to us. While she was at Brookdale, I didn't have to worry about her care at all. They handled her medications, provided her meals, cleaned her room, washed her clothes and assisted her whenever she needed help. They even had a hair stylist come in once a week, which she went to. In the rare case that there was an issue, they would quickly and actively work to resolve it. The facility, which has an abundance of natural light, was always clean and smelled fresh. They provided all sorts of activities to keep the residents active and engaged with each other, and for the most part, my grandmother enjoyed the food they provided in their dining hall. I highly recommend Brookdale Holiday Lane Estates. One of the best decisions my family ever made regarding my grandmother's care.

She was at the Brookdale Eden Estates until there became a need to a smaller place with a little more care. We transferred her to Holiday Lane and she did extremely well there. Tanya, the manager, nurse Lisa & entire staff are excellent.

When searching for a community for my mom, we consulted the people that see a lot of them--caregivers. Both caregivers are familiar with several communities, and Brookdale Holiday Lane was the first choice for each of them, and now I see why. Everyone that we've had contact with has been respectful, kind, and positive. They have smiles on their faces and help in any way they can. On the day my mom moved in, her small dog got carsick, ruining his doggie bed. The next day, the manager gave my mom a brand new doggie bed so her puppy would be comfortable, as well as my mom. Every time a family member or friend stops in to visit, the employees know exactly where to find Mom, whether it's in the gameroom, lunch room, or her private room. It is comforting to know that my mother is surrounded by such caring people.

Mom thought that moving into an assisted living community would be very depressing. That was true until she saw the apartment that was available in Holiday Lane. The lobby and hallways are very welcoming even on wintery cloudy days. Her apartment is large enough to hold all that's important. The entire staff is friendly and quickly responds to requests. As a primary care-giver, I now feel confident that mom's needs are being met.

After 8 months of touring many assisted living facilities in the mid-city area I finally found a place II felt confident moving my mother into. Great value for the price! Rooms are a nice size, clean and well laid out, All of their staff are friendly, helpful and have been working there for a long time. They went the extra mile to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable. She told me its like living in a really nice hotel. She now looks forward for the first time ever to participating in activities as well as sharing meals with the other women they introduced her to in the dining room. Brookdale Holiday Lane has restored my faith in senior living, a special thanks to Rick and Tanya for all your help in making this move happen!
