I have been a visitor in many facility's in the past several years. None I have seen compare to the level of care and cleanliness this team has provide my Mother since August of this year! I highly recommend Holiday Lane if you need assisted Living care. Blessings, Phil

The jury is still out on my review but the aides are awesome with my Mother. Evidently there is a new Director of this facility that I've never seen and my Mother just met him last week when he came in with the maintenance person asking if they could checkout her apartment. He didn't bother introducing himself until late and was obviously too busy to talk to her. I guess we'll just have to wait for his scheduled "meet and greet". Hoping he'll do a few of these to accommodate the famies of the residences instead of one that's just convenient for him.

It is a great place to work and be at everyday. I definitely would have had my mom live here. I know that great care is given to the residents 24-7. Employees care about the residents as their own family. It is a family atmosphere to work and live in.

Of all the places Ive dealt with over the years, this community is the homiest! The staff are friendly, actually want to be there and have been there for years. Management is just as friendly and great with communication. I dont worry like I have with other places and Im so grateful.

Our mother was placed in this assisted living December 2019. They have done a great job taking care of the people there. It is well kept and feels like being in a home. Their staff does great esp having to put up with my mother at times being bossy. This place was proactive, as opposed to our governor, in making sure the lockdown was in place. They are taking Full precautions like the state of Washington and other successful states are doing. Glad to know there is good leadership and staff at this place for the residents. Thanks for all you are doing during these stressful times.

We moved my father-in-law into Brookdale Holiday Lane 3 weeks ago. Tonya the administrator along with Lisa the nurse are angles! The staff is very compassionate and respectful with the residents. We visit daily and feel like part of the family! The overall feeling is like being home.

My mom has been here for over a year and it has been wonderful. The staff stop in to talk to mom since she isn't very mobile. Its the people that make this place wonderful, starting from Tonya (manager) to the incredible staff that give mom a hug when she passes by in the wheel chair. I was worried about this step and they all made it so easy for us all. When money was tight, they made some changes to help us with that too. I hight recommend this place for your parents!

My husbands mother has been at Brookdale for over a year and she absolutely loves it there. The people running Brookdale are wonderful and truly make it feel like home. I see residence stepping up to make other residents comfortable and happy too. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are so pleased that we selected Brookdale Holiday lane for my mother-in-law. She was at the Brookdale Eden Estates until there became a need to a smaller place with a little more care. We transferred her to Holiday Lane and she did extremely well there. Tanya, the manager, nurse Lisa & entire staff are excellent.

When searching for a community for my mom, we consulted the people that see a lot of them--caregivers. Both caregivers are familiar with several communities, and Brookdale Holiday Lane was the first choice for each of them, and now I see why. Everyone that we've had contact with has been respectful, kind, and positive. They have smiles on their faces and help in any way they can. On the day my mom moved in, her small dog got carsick, ruining his doggie bed. The next day, the manager gave my mom a brand new doggie bed so her puppy would be comfortable, as well as my mom. Every time a family member or friend stops in to visit, the employees know exactly where to find Mom, whether it's in the gameroom, lunch room, or her private room. It is comforting to know that my mother is surrounded by such caring people.

My grandma has been a resident at Holiday Lane for over 4 years. We love Holiday Lane! Grandma enjoys her home and I have peace of mind that she is well cared for. The staff are like family and the care is exceptional. Tonya (director) is absolutely amazing - I really cannot say enough good things about her and the facility.

My grandmother was a resident at Brookdale Holiday Lane Estates for approximately 9 months before she passed away. I would recommend this assisted living facility to anyone. The staff is kind, accommodating and trustworthy. They treated my grandmother like family, and took care of her like they were taking care of their own grandmother. When she passed away, they grieved right along with my family and still send "thinking of you" cards to us. While she was at Brookdale, I didn't have to worry about her care at all. They handled her medications, provided her meals, cleaned her room, washed her clothes and assisted her whenever she needed help. They even had a hair stylist come in once a week, which she went to. In the rare case that there was an issue, they would quickly and actively work to resolve it. The facility, which has an abundance of natural light, was always clean and smelled fresh. They provided all sorts of activities to keep the residents active and engaged with each other, and for the most part, my grandmother enjoyed the food they provided in their dining hall. I highly recommend Brookdale Holiday Lane Estates. One of the best decisions my family ever made regarding my grandmother's care.

Mom thought that moving into an assisted living community would be very depressing. That was true until she saw the apartment that was available in Holiday Lane. The lobby and hallways are very welcoming even on wintery cloudy days. Her apartment is large enough to hold all that's important. The entire staff is friendly and quickly responds to requests. As a primary care-giver, I now feel confident that mom's needs are being met.

After 8 months of touring many assisted living facilities in the mid-city area I finally found a place II felt confident moving my mother into. Great value for the price! Rooms are a nice size, clean and well laid out, All of their staff are friendly, helpful and have been working there for a long time. They went the extra mile to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable. She told me its like living in a really nice hotel. She now looks forward for the first time ever to participating in activities as well as sharing meals with the other women they introduced her to in the dining room. Brookdale Holiday Lane has restored my faith in senior living, a special thanks to Rick and Tanya for all your help in making this move happen!
