This facility went without a licensed nurse on staff for over a month. After my mother (a resident) passed away, no one from this facility came to her visitation or funeral. They did not send a plant/flowers. They could not even be bothered to send a sympathy card. After my mother had a fall, no one contacted her family. We found out days later when she asked us to take her to the doctor because she was hurting. When we confronted the staff, the “handyman” said it wasn’t their responsibility to let us know she fell, It was our mother’s responsibility to let us know. This is unacceptable!

I worked for neches house assisted living for 2yrs and I loved my job , good memories and fantastic and caring staff really miss being with Mrs June and Neomi and of course what can I say about the residents just loving and funny and good talking about life
