He has created a caring patient culture that is actually embraced throughout the local organization. Residents are encouraged on a personal level to be out of their rooms for activities and interaction. Very positive environment with great staff at all levels supporting the residents and their needs.

I have been very pleased with the level of care that my mom has received at this facility beginning with her early January move-in date. The management and staff are friendly and professional. While I have not seen my mom in person since the beginning of March, I have been able to weekly skype and talk with her through her apartment window a number of times. Somewhat surprisingly, she seems as happy, if not happier, as when I was seeing her in person which suggests that she is being well cared for during this difficult time. The staff is accommodating as far as setting up these visits in addition to being good with respect to getting her the needed supplies that I drop off. The procedures in place for family members appear well thought out as far as social distancing, interaction, and communications go. Any medical issue has been relayed to me promptly and addressed in the same manner.

I highly recommend this facility for Memory Care. They care. Each resident is treated as an individual, with respect, courtesy, patience and kindness. It is a clean, cheerful, casual environment. There are horror stories now, about Covid19 running rampant through nursing homes and care facilities. This facility locked down the minute the virus was declared a pandemic. The staff is screened on entry to the building. To date, none of the residents or staff has shown any symptoms of the virus. I have not been able to physically see my husband since mid-March. The directors set up a schedule for Skype and-or Facetime. I talk to him 3 days a week. I can see that he is happy, cared for and relaxed. That is a credit to the staff.

I work in health care and my team and I visit senior living facilities all over the Houston metro area. We go into memory care facilities on a daily basis. Sundance stands out as one of the best facilities that we work with. Everyone that we come into contact with from the nurses to the directors to the owner are very friendly and helpful. They show a genuine care for their residents in the way they treat this very special demographic.

The community is just lovely. They are currently doing renovations such as painting and new carpet, which keeps things fresh and nice looking. The Montessori approach is by far the best thing about this community! Seeing memory care residents actively engaging in self care activities like serving juice to their friends, wiping down the table before lunch, and hanging their own clothes just blows my mind! The staff here at the community truly care about the residents and nurture them as if they were family.

Sundance Memory Care has been the best thing for my husband. Not only do they take excellent care of him, but they genuinely love him. The caregivers have taken the time to get to know his past, his likes and dislikes, and it shows in their level of care. He is happy, well fed, and I couldnt ask for more. I have worked at Sundance for the last few months and have been extremely pleased with how this company operates at such a high level, as well as how they treat their employees. The management and the directors have been so helpful in my transition into the company, and they lead by example by spending time with the residents throughout the day in addition to their back office work. I would recommend anybody looking for a job in caregiving or management to look to Sundance if they want a great work environment.

Sundance at Towne Lake has done a phenomenal job developing an emergency plan taking care of the residents through this storm. They have all their bases covered from evacuation plans to supplies for a prolonged shelter in place. Management caregivers have been there 24-7 since the storm began. Thank you all so much for all youre doing and making our family members a priority! I am keeping your families homes in my prayers. Ill give you 5 stars, you deserve 5 hearts too!!
