Our family has had a positive experience with Cypresswood MC community. The staff has been kind, attentive, and responsive to our Aunt’s needs. The move in process was very easy with the support and help from Cheryl and Vicki on site management. The facility is clean and fresh and has lots of open space; they have a variety of activities during the day to keep loved ones engaged and active. We highly appreciate the efforts of all the caregivers that provide individualized attention and care for our Aunt especially Eloise, Ann and Ana and Kim. We are thankful for the care being provided and would recommend this community to families exploring assisted living or memory care options.

The campus and staff at Cypresswood Memory Care are phenomenal. The rooms and common areas are clean and bright. Cheryl and Vicky made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to help during the admission process. Rest assured that your loved one will be taken care of at Cypresswood Memory Care. Ja'layah helped me assemble the new bed for my Aunt Bettye. Her help was invaluable. Mary helped me figure out additional items that Bettye needs like bath mats and a shower chair. Destiny was very kind to my aunt when she arrived, and both Mary and Destiny helped Bettye get situated in her new room. Overall very pleased.

We recently had the experience of working with the staff at this facility, and I cannot say enough positive things about the level of care and compassion they provide. From the moment we walked in, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Vicki made us feel welcomed, supported, and reassured during what can be a very emotional process for families. The caregivers are patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to the residents. They treat each person with dignity and kindness, taking the time to learn their individual needs, routines, and personalities. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents, not just physically but emotionally as well. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to support individuals with memory challenges. The environment feels calm and safe, and there are engaging activities that help residents stay active and connected. Most importantly, our family has peace of mind knowing Mom is in a place where she is respected, cared for, and surrounded by people who understand memory care. Wish I could give this facility 10000 stars. Ms.Cheryl and Ms.Vicki have been so amazing and helpful since day one. We toured this facility for my uncle and you can truly tell they love what they do here. This is not just a memory care facility. This place is safe heaven for family members looking for care. To begin with it’s a beautiful well maintained building that is spacious and comfortable. The place is very clean and always smells nice. The staff gives you confidence you have made the right decision for your loved one. Vicki, the manager is an acute businesswoman that has compassion for every patient and will soon be a great friend to all. She runs a tight ship that knows only one way to do their job. Rhonda, head nurse, is excellent. I’m sure she is on top of every detail, plus she lives on property. The girls that have the day and night responsibilities with patients are so sweet and diligent. Mom’s room is always spotless. The food is so good! If you are contemplating a move for your loved one do not pass up the opportunity to visit with Vicki. I have no doubt you will be impressed. That is a horrible place.They no longer hire nurses. Regular/un certified employees are passing meds to my uncle.They have had covid in the building and do not share that info with the other family members so we can protect our loved one. The staff is awesome the few that they have. There second shift is always short so my uncle can never get the quality care he really needs.

Silverado came to our rescue when we were in a difficult situation from a previous assisted living facility. Our mom had been hospitalized and we needed a place when she was dismissed. We remembered that my aunt had been at Silverado and what a wonderful place and environment it was for her as well as the family when we visited. We called and they sent a sweet sweet young lady to visit us and set arrangements up. The next morning Silverado came and picked up moms furniture and had it all set up when she arrived. We can't say enough and the peace we had that all was being taken care of was a blessing. We thank the staff for all they have done. Mom has adjusted very well and the care givers are very loving and caring.

My wife has been at Silverado Cypresswoo for the last four years. I placed her here on the recommendation of two physicians which to the best of my knowledge had no financial interest in the facility--of of the physicians had had personal experience wit Cypresswood, a family member having been a resident. I cannot say enough good about the care that my wife has received during the four years. The care givers are outstanding and are very loving. I really don't comprehend their ability to deal with this population in the loving manner they display--there must be a special place in Heaven for them. The only down side is that the facility is in dire need on a face lift and redecoration of the interior.

My wife was a resident in Silverado from July 2015 until she died in May of 2017. She never had better and more loving care in any memory care facility. The medical attention was so great that I felt we had our own private nurses. When my wife died, care givers wept at her loss. I have many friends at SIlverado; residents, staff and resident's loved ones. They have been, and still are my family. I visit Silverado each week now for almost five months. Their love for my wife has extended yet to me. From the maintenance staff, housekeeping, kitchen, activities, care givers and management staff, I am forever grateful for the love and care given to my wife. God bless Silverado and all its staff.

Silverado is not perfect at the same time their corporation's culture of compassion permeates to all staff which results in the best care possible. Their flexibility of care levels available, longevity of staff members, specialization in dementia care, 24 hour onsite nurses, and unique approach to creating a homey environment made it the best choice for my mom and dad.

My great Aunt Emma was a resident of Silverado, she was lovingly cared for while there. Silverado is excellent for memory and overall care. Their staff is always helpful with questions and support for family members dealing with loved ones suffering with dementia and alzheimers. Mostly we enjoyed the fun engaging events that aid in keeping everyone entertained and active. I highly recommend speaking with them if you are faced with finding care for anyone with alzheimers.
