I came in on a weekend and the person I met with was good and nice. The others were too busy and not friendly. The place was ok but it was old and seemed like it was very outdated. There are nicer places out there but you need to find them. Not the place for my mom…

The memory care staff at Atria Grapevine goes above and beyond to make sure that my dad is cared for. They are friendly and caring to my dad and to me!

I have a loved one at Atria Grapevine and they have been amazing. They have communicated well with my family, honored our wishes, treated our loved one with dignity and we sleep well knowing they are taken care of. If you need peace of mind for someone you love then go ahead and check them out.

Atria staff have taken the best care of my father. He really enjoys the employees like his own family.

Grateful for my job here

This is the second Atria community my father has lived in. I highly recommend Atria Grapevine for assisted living. The staff is amazing and I know I can count on them to take good care of my father. The food is great - another plus. And there are plenty of activities to keep the residents busy and get them involved. My dad is very happy here and when he's happy, so am I.

Atria is centrally located and very convenient for us to be able to visit our Mother often. Although she has only been there a short time, the staff has shown care and compassion and we are grateful.

This is a great place. The staff is caring and genuine. The administration is both pro-active and responsive. The front desk is warm and inviting and always willing to help. My father-in-law loved the food. The whole place is always clean. And the grounds are very nice. We feel the size of the property and number of residents made for a very nice community. Plenty of people to spend with and so many great activities (thanks to Dara and all the team members). We always felt our family member was safe and needs were more that well met. Great value.

My dad has been a resident for a few years and I am very impressed with the new memory care director, Veronica. The entire staff here is doing an amazing job.

Our relative was much younger and more mobile than other memory care residents. As a result he needed extra activities and guidance. They let him shadow the maintenance person, help vacuum and even assist the supervisor. Chastity was the most knowledgeable and wonderful memory care supervisor. She and all the personnel gave our relative the love and care he needed.

Jackie, Yvonne and James have been so wonderful with my Dad. They have treated him like he is family. Dealing with Alzheimers Disease during Covid and a Texas Blizzard, Dad has been cared for with love and compassion. I am so thankful that while I have been unable to be there personally to take care of him, the staff at Atria has done an amazing job! Thanks so much!

Enough can not be said about how wonderful the entire staff at Atria Grapevine has been. My mother passed away from an unexpected stroke and I was left scrambling to move my 97 year old father up here from the Houston area. Mona and Shaunica were extremely helpful in his arrangements from 300 miles away in making it a seamless transition for us. We were even more delighted after meeting everyone that would be taking care of my father once he moved in. From Stacey at the front desk and CeCe to name a few, the entire staff has been so warm and welcoming. It seems everyone genuinely enjoys their job and Atria feels more like a large family than an assisted living facility. If you are in need of assisted living for your loved one, you would be lucky to stumble upon Atria.

Dad has been living at Atria for about a year now in their Life Guidance community. To say that 2020 has been a challenge is quite an understatement. While the transition was quite tough for dad, he is now in a better place than he has been in quite some time. The Covid-19 shutdown was harder on us than it was on him. Thanks to Chastity and the staff, dad has really settled in and is thriving there. He is so comfortable there and has really taken to the staff. They have stepped up to make this difficult situation that we are all in just about invisible to their residents. There are so many good people in Life Guidance, but I appreciate so very much the kindness shown by Yvonne, Jackie, James and Carene. Yvonnes gentle, kind heart can get dad to respond and do things that his family could never get him to do. Jackie, laughs at his corny jokes, makes him laugh and treats him as if he were own dad. Chastity keeps a special pot in her office for dads coffee and chickory and is never too busy for him to come in, sit down and visit. She listens to his stories as if it were the first time shed ever heard them. I thank this group from the bottom of my heart for giving dad the best care we could ask for. He is happy, healthy and given his condition, he truly is his best self.

Atria Grapevine has an extraordinary staff that is very compassionate and cares for every resident within the facility. They offer a safe and relaxing environment and youll never see residents unattended if they are in need of assistance! You can always find a friendly helpful staff member!

My Mom, Gwen lived at the Atria Grapevine for 2 years. One year in the assisted living and one year in Memory Care. She received superior care the entire time she was there. Everyone was pleasant and caring. If you need a place for your loved one, I strongly recommend the Atria Grapevine. She was Safe, clean, and we cared for always. I saw her very often. She loved the care givers, so did I. I still hear from them, even now that she has passed. The last year was particularly difficult. My Mom was an Alzheimer's patient and her mental state declined rapidly this last year. I could call anytime of the day and they would take time to talk to me about Mom. I never worried if she was being cared for well. She was loved by the staff. We recently had to move her because she required too much help. We had hospice and a skilled nursing facility with her at the end of her last weeks. The Staff of Atria Grapevine called me to check on her. Two of her favorite staffers took turns taking care of her (after a full days work) the last week of her life. In fact, they were both with her the day she passed. I can not tell you how much their support meant to me. We all were able to surround her with love those last days of her life.

Atria Grapevine Memory care is wonderful!!!They are a blessing to me and my family. My Mom has been there for over 3 months and we wish we would've found them sooner. Their staff is kind, caring, well informed and wise in dealing with their population. From the receptionist to the med techs and hair stylist each one has a kind and loving heart. They have wonderful activities to keep them involved and I have not seen my Mom smile and be so at peace in a very long time.

My grandmother moved in yesterday. Her 102nd birthday was today. They sang to her, put notes all over wishing her a happy birthday, balloons & a cupcake. She says the food is really good. Thank you to all the staff for welcoming her as well as us, her family.

My father lived in 5 assisted living/ memory care facilities, Atria Grapevine surpasses all others. They kept my father showered, changed his linens on a regular basis, when he refused to get out of bed for meals, they brought food to him and ensured he ate. They actively tried to engage him, even when he was rude to staff. They treated him like family and I am so grateful for their care. If you are considering a memory care facility, Atria Grapevine is a must visit.

Recently I had to move my 90 yr old mother into an assisted living facility. As her Power of Attorney, this created much angst as I want to make the best decision with minimal difficulty and in a small time window since I was traveling out of town to complete the decision process. Since I am a retired ICU nurse and with the help of my Dallas cardiologist brother, I contacted our Texas friends and professional contacts for recommendations. Prior to my arrival at DFW, I called Atria-Grapevines Community Sales Director, Mona Martin, for an appointment. She not only offered a tour, but invited me to lunch and to meet some of the residents and staff as well as observe social activities. I ended up spending a 3 hours touring, dining, interviewing, and visiting with everyone. I was ready to move in myself! What was a very difficult transition was made much easier by the wonderful help of everyone at Atria-Grapevine. Three days after my visit, my mother was settled in her beautiful apartment! She is thriving and has a new lease on life as she visits with the other guests in Atrias lovely dining room, attends in-house concerts, participates in activities (200 scheduled monthly), and enjoys the many other amenities. Everyone has been fabulous and extremely helpful all along the way. As for me, I am at peace, knowing I made the best decision and mother is comfortable and happy at Atria- Grapevine.

My mother has been at Atria Grapevine for over a year and a half. I have always been pleased with her care and the attention that staff pay to all residents.I want to especially give a Shout Out to Jackie Taylor who has been very supportive to me. She is embarking on a career change and I wish her the very best knowing that she will excel in anything she does.Christie has also been very helpful and supportive during some difficult times.

All of the caregivers at the Atria Grapevine are exceptionally kind and caring, no matter how difficult the situation.Pam Hackler has consistently gone the extra mile in working with my mother in the Life Guidance Unit. She treats all of the residents with respect and humor, showing no difference between a person with dementia or without. She works endlessly to help my mother, suffering from both dementia and strokes, making sure she has some pleasure in her day and that she retains as much cognitive ability as she can.We are forever indebted to Pam for the kindness and compassion she shows every day in every way.Kim has also been important in my mother's life. When she returned from the hospital after a stroke, the only one who could calm her down was Kim. We are so grateful that she was able to return to a place where people like Kim make her feel safe and respected. Kim treats all the residences with kindness and smiles, causing smiles from all! Compassion shines through her in every way.Jan's gentle care of my mother is so important to us. Knowing that her caregiver, the one who deals with her intimate care so much, is a person of character and integrity, is vital. She makes sure my mother is comfortable physically, clean and cared for in every way. This matters a lot to us.Cherrmain always is upbeat and positive. She shows her caring for my mother constantly, making every effort to make sure she is comfortable. She seems to really love the people she works with, and interacts so positively with the families that it helps us deal with a difficult time in our lives.Greeting visitors at the front is Rose - always ready with a smile, answers to any question and a welcome to all. She's normally the first face you see when you enter, so she's really important to the ambience of the Atria Grapevine. We appreciate her friendly voice on the phone when we call and her gracious greeting when we walk in.Pulling it all together in the Life Guidance Wing is Crystal. She is in charge of the staff and patients. She has helped us greatly through this challenging stage in my mother's life. She comforts us when we're down, reassures us when we're worried and brings needed humor and a sense of fun to residents, families and staff. We really appreciate her guidance, her knowledge and her caring.

My father has lived at Atria Grapevine for about three years. I can only say good things about the facility and the people there. I'm hesitant to mention names because I'm sure I'll leave someone off, but they do an exceptional job of taking care of him. The entire staff from Rose to Jackie and Crystal to all the caregivers, they go above and beyond. Their care and attention to him make us feel reassured he's getting the best care available. We're so thankful they are part of our extended family.
