From the moment you walk in, you can feel the love. There are residents talking to the receptionist and laughing, a golden lab sleeping by the entrance, maintenance changing light bulbs, everyone is in their comfort zone. Robin, the sales director must have the easiest job. The place sells itself. It’s beautiful, residents and staff clearly love it. Definitely go see it.

Exceptional staff, loving attention, peace of mind! My in-laws were residents at Sunrise for about three years, and I cannot express how happy we are to have chosen this facility after touring multiple options in the area. We picked Sunrise based on the location, environment and living options (so they could live together in the same space) but the loving and exceptional level of care my in-laws received at the end of their lives was more than we could have hoped for. As we close this chapter following their passing, I want to post a recommendation for Sunrise Assisted Living. The environment is incredibly warm and welcoming, making it feel like a true home rather than an institution. One of the highlights for our family was Leo, the resident dog, who brought so much joy to my children during our visits. It is clear that the staff deeply cares for the residents, providing not just daily assistance and support but genuine love and attention. Even with my in-laws' medically complex needs, the staff's attention to detail regarding medication management and personal care was outstanding. We are so grateful for the peace of mind Sunrise provided us during their final years, and I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone seeking high-quality assisted living for their loved ones.

My mother has received the very best of care during her stay at Sunrise of Frisco. The caregivers are compassionate, patient, kind and loving. The activities director, Chimere, does a fantastic job of keeping everyone active and entertained. The Wellness staff is top notch. I came to do a tour of the facility and I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and the dedication to making me feel welcome that I received! Chimere was awesome! She didn’t rush me or try to force me into anything she allowed me to ask questions about my concerns and she put me at ease during my tour. It has already been a tough time coping with placing my mother in an assisted living facility but after touring the facility I made the decision to move my mother in. Thanks again for your dedication and support I really appreciate it.

I would just like to thank everyone at Sunrise Senior Living of Frisco! No one likes when your family member can no longer live alone. My grandma has lived here going on a year now. The staff there has been amazing all the way from the front desk to the activity director. Which my grandma loves. They always make an effort to go the extra mile, which makes us feel comfortable knowing my grandma is well taken care of. She says there's always something to do to keep her busy and has made many new friendships. The important thing is she's safe and happy. This is all that matters to me. My husband and I visited Sunrise recently. Looking for a place for my mom. A place for her to spend her final years. The thought of this is hard enough. But the feeling I got from visiting this place makes me feel like one day this could be where I would like to live . Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they really care. From the management staff we met to some of the residents we talked to. We really got a good feeling about this place. And trust me husband isn't easily impressed. And this place really impressed him. The few residents we spoke to had so many good things to say. And honestly their word meant more to us than the staff. The fact they said there's always something to get involved in from games to crafts. I really loved hearing that. To know she won't just be bored so hitting in her room. I have a good feeling about Sunrise and my mom possibly living here . Now to just convince her. Which may take one more trip to visit. This time with her . Great job Sunrise!! I give them an A++

I was invited recently to Sunrise of Frisco's FriendsGiving. I was very impressed with everything. The building was very nicely decorated and clean. The staff was attentive and caring, and the residents were happy and participating. I would recommend this facility.

The only reason I gave this facility 2 stars instead of one is because of Manny, Cindy, and Peddy. I feel like they were the only ones that cared about my dad and truly had the hearts of a caregiver. We had to move my dad in when he was in the end stages of stage 4 lung cancer and was paralyzed. We were no longer able to care for him at home. He had a hospice team that would also come to help. Although we were paying Sunrise for a high level of care due to his needs, he wasn’t receiving most of those services. I don’t think Sunrise staff ever gave him a shower, they just waited until hospice would do it. A Sunrise caregiver actually gave me a hard time over the phone because my dad pulled the call string while hospice was there because (as she said) hospice should be helping him. We weren’t paying hospice almost $8000 a month, we were paying Sunrise. We ended up putting cameras in my dad’s room because of how rough one of the caregivers was with him. Maybe this facility would be okay for someone who is mobile and independent, but I would not recommend otherwise. I feel like there is too little staff for the amount of residents they have. It makes response time slow and the amount of time they spend taking care of the residents very minimal. They didn’t even notice that he had open wounds, I had to ask them to bring bandaids to cover them. And then I had to ask for those bandaids to be changed because they never were. Since my dad passed away, I have had a credit on my account since 8/24. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and have been waiting since 10/17 for Tisha to respond to my 3rd or 4th email about it.

My dad is in the Reminisce area for his dementia. He really likes it. My family truly appreciates the love and care for him just like we would do it if we could. Sunrise of Frisco is very engaged with me in the care for dad and I feel communication is very very good. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff at Sunrise are some of the most compassionate and caring I have seen in my 14 plus years of working in healthcare. Peddy and her team truly treat each person in their care with grace and dignity. Not only would I recommend this team to care for your loved one, I would want them caring for my family. There are many options in the Frisco and greater DFW area, but none compare to this place!

Sunrise staff, communication move-in and move-out process were good. Dad wasn't personally wanting to participate in the social activities (games, religious services, outings) and found the food average. Staff were trusting and if there was any medical concern they were quick to notify me. I would definitely use Sunrise again.

We are so thankful we found Sunrise of Frisco for our Mom. After a really bad experience at another facility, Sunrise was exactly what she needed. She received excellent care and attention. The caregivers were always nice and helpful. The nursing staff was in constant communication with us when her condition changed. The overall "feel" of the Facility was important, but the caregivers were the difference maker.
