I moved here a short time ago and have found that each day is better living here. The complex itself is beautiful, clean and the amenities are designed for the active senior. But what makes this place so warm and welcoming is the office staff. Chris, Lori, Patricia and Colleen make you feel welcome and valued from the minute you walk in. They stay on top of any resident needs and help you make this your home. I’m never leaving!

Update to my review as of 7/17: I just wanted to say that Chris in the office has been amazing trying to get my mom’s new lease done. Very friendly and great communication!! Thank you My mother had a medical emergency earlier this year, and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the front office during normal business hours. This seems to be the norm here anytime I have called. Also, her AC went out after hours and the main line indicated to leave a message for “emergency maintenance request.” No one ever called back until 3 days later. My mom has a medical condition and is extremely sensitive to heat. She was informed days later of a different emergency number. Why is this number not on the recording to call? Seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing here. She was promised handicap parking in front of her patio, which was never put in. Not enough events for what is paid- which is a pretty penny. The saving grace is the friends she has here- otherwise we would get the heck out ASAP!!

Just wanted to say how much my grandmother loved living here for the past few years. It’s such a friendly environment, clean and well kept, and the front office staff are always so sweet! Laurie and Patricia do a great job at managing this community. Would highly recommend if you are helping an elder loved one find a new home.

Appreciated the warm welcome and informative tour. I was particurlarly impressed with the well maintained grounds, the friendly atmosphere, and wonderful activities. After visiting several other communities in the area, this is by far the best. I will certainly keep Presidium in mind as I consider my options.

I love my apartment and I am Grateful to be here. The staff is very accommodating. The only complaint I have is I wish they either had a Amazon pub because I have a hard time getting my packages. I also wish they had covered parking. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live. I also want to acknowledge Ronnie Boots. He is awesome.

My wife and I moved to Presidium in June 2021. This is such a well-run complex. The management and staff are absolutely fabulous! There is no question that Community Director Patricia, and her wonderful team of Leasing Manager Donna, along with Leasing Specialist Brook, are all about servant-leadership. Helping those leaders create a safe environment and a real family atmosphere are Maintenance Director Ronnie and his team of Pedro and Michael. Always working to ensure a clean facility is Laura. Coleen, a Presidium resident, serves as an amazing resident ambassador taking care of so many things to make lives of the residents better.The many residents we have met are kind and friendly, which creates a place where a diverse population feel welcomed and cared about. We also love the many events and wonderful facilities/amenities. We fully recommend as a great place to live.

I wanted to share a great experience that my wife Dee and I are enjoying at Presidium at Edgestone. Presidium is a 62 and over retirement community at 5857 Legacy Dr., and it is fantastic. Although some construction is ongoing, things are shaping up very nicely. From the Incredibly beautiful Pool Courtyard area, to the other outdoor activities like Bocce Ball and Outdoor Grilling in Courtyard #2, both located in the Main 3 story structure. We live on one of the super nice Cottages, and we are Loving it So Much... light, airy, everything at our fingertips, a fun new adventure. Great neighbors and Great Onsite Management by Anita Ferguson and her Team. If you are looking for the Right Retirement place in a Great Location to call your home, you gotta come see Our New Home at Presidium at Edgestone. Tootsie, Dee & Larry
