All I can say is WOW, I had such a wonderful walk through with when looking for a new home for my Mother. The staff was very pleasant and gave me a sense of security with regards to my Moms memory care. I am so glad that I looked past that rant on the reviews, because this is defiantly where my Mom will be going to live when we get closer to her needing the additional care that we will be unable to provide at home. I am overall impressed.

It has been an incredible experience from working with Jerrad, Keyonna and Caleb from signing paperwork to evaluations. The nursing staff has also been amazing right from the day of the tour to the past few days of getting them settled into the new place. Shante, Michael, Richard, Beatrice and many more have been so kind and willing to help. I appreciate them all as we continue navigating this new Chapter!

The Landing has been fantastic for my mom. She was struggling at home, depressed and isolated. The community is beautiful and she has already joined in on so many activities and made several new friends. I feel like a weight has been lifted! Highly recommend.

My Mom has been a resident of The Landing at Watermere Frisco (assisted living) for over three years. The community has been well maintained and Moms care has been good. The Covid lockdown has not been easy, nor has the inability to retain an Executive Director for any length of time. We are hopeful the new one (Stephanie King) will be able to stick around and provide the continuity that has been missing since Mom arrived. We have been pleased with the friendliness of the caregivers and support staff throughout Moms time. Overall, my brothers and I are happy with the decision we made for Mom to become part of this community.

I am the MC, EC programming coordinator for the Landing. I was in my office preparing to leave for the day. It had been a very busy day. My door was open while I was gathering my things to leave. One of my residences passed by and noticed I was still here. She came in and said hi, I didnt know you were still here. I said yes maam Im still here. Is there something you need? She came over to me with a big smile on her face and said I love you and I know you care about us too. Because I can feel it my heart you do. I was so thankful for her kind words. I told her she and the other residents are the reason I love working for The Landing.

My dad lives in Memory Care here. The staff and management go above and beyond for their residents 24, 7. They create all kinds of activities for them, the food is amazing and they are soo very kind and caring!! Always working to make the residents feel special and loved while doing their best to also keep them safe during this crazy time! They also show so much love and kindness to all of the families as we walk this walk that weve never walked before with our loved ones!! Daddy is happy there and feels well loved and cared for! There really arent enough thank yous in the world for that!!! I am grateful every day for the wonderful staff, management and care givers here!!

Since our mother arrived there in May 2020 from Rehab we have had a great experience and everyone has been so helpful. A special thank to Kathleen for all she has done since we have had to go back and forth between the Landing and Watermere and now back to the Landing. Mom likes all the activities and social events they have. Would recommend this place

There is so many opportunities for growth.I wake up with a smile knowing that my day at work will be filled with happiness and laughter especially from our residents and our very caring management team. We recently welcomed our new Executive Director who brings lots of experience and has positively impacted our community... Our management works as a team and offers our residents comfort, independence and happiness.We have an awesome experienced, well trained team of Care givers who are here to serve each residents unique needs. Our Culinary team is top notch who focus on each resident dietary needs and dining preferences. Of course our housekeeping staff ensures our residents enjoy a chore-free lifestyle . Our activity Director is an awesome lady who brings different activities to our seniors and engages our team in making Landing at Watermere Frisco a great senior living place to bring your loved ones.

Like a lot of communities in the metroplex, The Landing At Watermere has had their ups and downs. However, I feel they have pulled the right team together and have thrived over the past two years, since Ive known them. They have a highly trained and well staffed clinical team and I would go as far to say probably more than any other Assisted Living that I know of in the area. To support the clinical team there are also several doctors rounding within the community to visit the residents; from internal medicine to psychiatric doctors. This process is easier on the staff, as well as, the families transporting them to external doctors appointments and thats not to mention better for the health and safety of the residents.I feel like The Landing at Watermere checks all the boxes for an assisted living that goes above and beyond to make sure their residents can enjoy staying in and staying safe.

The Landing At Watermere has the most amazing staff and the most dedicated management team I have ever had the please to work with . Thru all of the challenges that this year has brought with Corona Virus the staff has ensured that the residents have the best care possible . They touch every single resident and ensure that all needs have been met . With the residents not being able to see their families the staff has dedicated one on one time to each resident and has utilized their technology with setting up face time visits and zoom visits with the families ! The management team at THe Landing at Watermere has gone above and beyond with communication to families as well as ensuring all staff and residents are safe and all needs are being met ! This team dedicates so much of their time away from their own families to give the residents the comfort and support they need ! With the Corona Virus this team is working countless hours to enrich the life of our Seniors .

My mom has lived there since November. We had no idea back then that she would be in lock down for six months! My family is so glad she is in such a safe place. We can tell the staff does all they can to let the residents know they are loved and cared for.

Watermere is a possibility for us if my mother-in-law ever needs more help than we can provide ourselves. I like how this community provides all levels of living and care. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaged. The campus was pretty and clean. I will definitely be keeping this community on the list as we try to plan for future care needs.

The management team is available and cares about meeting the needs of the families and residents. They understand the challenges of dementia and are able to accommodate any issues as they arise. The activities are varied and designed to engage individuals based on what they are capable of doing. We have been very happy!

My wife and I both live at The Landing at Watermere so I am familiar with what happens here 24, 7. My wife is in memory care and I stay in assisted living to be able to see her often. I know all the managers here and believe they do an incredible job they have helped both my wife and me on many occasions. I also know many of the caregivers, med techs, and nurses. They all have been very good to both of us. We have lived in two similar facilities and they all have their good points and not so good, but this place is by far the best. I certainly would recommend it

The staff here is absolutely amazing!! They care for the residents so well and the activities they put on are great and extremely engaging. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an assisted living facility in or around the Dallas area!

My mom has been at the Landing at Watermere for 2 years. The day staff are awesome. They all seem to really care about the residents. I dont know much about the night staff. They have had some great nurses and some not so great They have plenty of activities for the residents. The activity director is awesome. There is , of course, a turnover in management, so I havent actually met the new director. The food is a little fancy at times but is apparently good.

My parents came to Watermere in 2019 in Assisted Living and later that year my mom moved to Memory Care. There are no words that can express my gratitude and appreciation for the staff as they done everything to make the transitions seamless, while making my parents feel safe and at home!
