Finding long term care for your loved one is never easy, and I can confidently say I am so grateful that we found Prairie Estates. My dad stayed here until the end of his life and we are beyond grateful for the care that he received. Staff - 10/10 - Every nurse and CNA that we met was kind, caring, thoughtful. Huge shoutout to the nurses on the 800 floor - amazing! Call lights are answered quickly. They have onsite doctors as well that can help a lot. The only thing we struggled with was housekeeping where we felt like they were not cleaning as often as often as they should, but when we mentioned the problem staff were quick to address it. Rooms - 10/10 - They have some of the only private room Medicaid beds, which we were beyond grateful for. Administration 10/10 - Always very helpful answering questions

My Mother Tina Magee gave you the initial review, not me. She was near death in a Euless Texas hospital CCU and they were vigilant in helping her survive acute renal failure as well as blood poisoning and multiple concussions due to falling and hitting her head. This Euless hospital recommended that she be transferred to Prairie Estates upon her discharge. She also suffers from Complex PTSD , and a multitude of Anxiety disorders. She is very fragile and Prairie Estates seems to be addressing most of her issues. She likes the staff and the facility is clean, which is important due to her multiple autoimmune disorders. Please take care of my Mom.

Laurie, the activities director , is a wonderful person that truly cares for each and every resident. The nursing staff is top notch and it brings me peace knowing mom is so well cared for. I highly recommend this establishment for your skilled nursing needs!

All Staff are courteous and Polite but the rooms need to be painted and lights need to be replaced when they burn out. When placing the food orders my mother-in-law rarely gets coffee • when she orders it and only one of the techs actually helps her with her bath the other ones hand her a wash cloth with soap and sit and look at their phone while she tries to wash herself. I hope she doesn’t fall in the shower due to staff not assisting her. But overall I’m pleased with her choice of Prairie Estates.

Should have done this review a long time ago. The staff at this facility seems to really care about their patients. Had a chance to speak with Mrs. Pinkins and her confidence in her staff, her love for what she does, and her compassion for the residents is very evident when she speaks. I left with no worries about the level of care that would be received.

Don't put your loved one in this place!! Go to YELP for honest reviews. Their "skilled medical staff" ignores the call lights, sometimes our loved one would wait 30 minutes just to get help to the bathroom, the Food is awful. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The aides are rude and uncaring. This place does not deserve more than one star. It's just a business. They don't give a hoot about the residents. Shame on this place. The care is absolutely awful. Look elsewhere. Looks can be deceiving. Run! RUN FAST, FROM PRAIRIE ESTATES! KEEP RUNNING .....
