My mom spent 4 years at Sterling Oaks, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care she received. Kris, John, Rahma, and Michael are simply exceptional. Their knowledge and expertise in caring for individuals with memory challenges are evident in everything they do. But what truly sets them apart is their genuine love and compassion for every resident. They treated my mom like family, always going above and beyond to ensure she felt safe, respected, and loved. The warmth and professionalism of the entire team made all the difference in her quality of life, and our family will be forever grateful for their unwavering dedication.

As a hospice nurse it is a pleasure to serve along side with Sterling Oaks Staff. Not only is the facility, beautiful Sterling Oaks practices compassionate care on a level above and beyond.

I cannot stress how impressed with the level of personalized care that all the patients and their family receive. My mother-in-law became one of their family members the moment she moved in. We never worried or doubted that she wasn't getting the best of everything. As a family, we received updates, pictures, videos, and were always welcomed to visit and participate in activities and celebrations. Our minds were at ease knowing our loved one was in the best of hands. I have never seen a more loving and caring environment! Sterling Oaks should be the example for all other care facilities.

Kris, Michael, Rahma, and the entire staff at sterling Oaks are awesome. My mother passed under their care after a long period with Alzheimer's. They made her last few months fun and exciting even as she declined. They are exceptional in absolutely everything they do.

5 stars is not enough for Sterling Oaks- when my wife first began doing research on assisted living places for my Dad we became very discouraged with what we toured and by reviews and word of mouth of various area places. Then we heard about Sterling Oaks. We were on a waitlist for several months and I can see why- nobody wants to leave Sterling! My dad has had top notch care, meals, activities and has told me he is very happy. They make each resident feel like family and the level of personal care and attention is unlike any other. This is where I would want to be when that stage of my life comes.

Sterling Oaks is more than a Memory Care Facility. It is a home. It is a family. It is filled with love. We never expected to find a place like this when our dad needed more care than we could provide at his house with caregivers. We were able to get him right into Sterling Oaks and it was perfect from the beginning until he passed. Dad felt at-home, cared-for and loved every day he was there. When covid restrictions prevented us from visiting him, we were comfortable that he was in the right place with the right people. I hope theyre still around and doing things they way they do now if I ever need a memory care home. I would want to be there also.

My father-in-law was loved and cared for by the staff at Sterling Oaks till his death this week. I am a doctor and I would want to be a resident of theirs if I needed memory care. We cant say enough about these people.

Where do I begin? When we started looking for a home for my father we scoured the area. In all our research it became, which is the least worst place. None of them felt like a home or a place I would want to put my father. And then we found Sterling Oaks. John and Kris are amazing people and took my father, and my family, in. We became part of their family and they became part of ours. My dad lived another six months after he was moved to Sterling Oaks. Those last six months were filled with love, laughter and exceptional care. My mom was able to spend time with him as a spouse, not a caregiver. And we knew he was getting the care he needed and that he was truly happy. Sterling Oaks was a true blessing to our family. If you are looking for a home for your loved ones last days, come home to Sterling Oaks.

My dad lived out his last months with such love, respect and dignity that our entire family were able to enjoy our time with him and to not have to worry about what we were doing, if we were doing enough, or if we were doing it right. They not only did it all right, together we celebrate Dads peaceful transition into Heaven and we will always cherish the undeniably rich experience he had with John, Kris, Amy and so many other amazing staff at Sterling Oaks. We love them all and their families.

I couldnt think of a better place for our dad to spend in his later years. The owners and staff were amazing and made my dad part of their family. They were so accommodating to dad and made it real easy and comfortable for us to visit. My dad always enjoyed singing songs from the 70s and staying in high spirits, and they provided plenty of it.

Sterling Oaks is better than home! It is truly a great home with individualized care. Everyone is so friendly and sincerely cares about the residents like family (well perhaps nicer than even family). It is a home your loved one will feel at home and that makes the transition to receiving care so much smoother.
