Brookdales management and leadership at the Ennis location is excellent. The Director Amanda and the Nurse Kristen truly care about the residents and are so great to work with. The Director is caring, friendly and easy to approach. The Nurse is so compassionate. During the beginning of Covid, she once stayed all through the night with a resident who was dying because at the time, no family could visit due to Covid restrictions. She didnt want him to die alone, so she stayed with him on her own free time. The activity director has worked there for many years and is closely involved with the residents. She is kind and sweet and enjoys her job.

Even though my dad has been at Brookdale for a short time he couldnt be happier. He said the staff is so nice. From my own experience Amanda and Kristin are the most caring individuals who love their residents and their jobs. It shows every day. JLayna was so detailed in explaining the care up front when myself and my dad first visited Brookdale before making the decision to move him. Dad said the food was wonderful and the staff is very caring. Wonderful nurses and techs with years of experience. The staff was very prompt in checking on my dad when he needed to be admitted to the hospital. I highly recommend Brookdale in Ennis.

Brookdale Ennis has been such a blessing for my mother! It is so comforting to know that she is happy and healthy. Before Brookdale, Mom was alone at home and in a steady mental decline. Now at 90, with the the help of the staff, she is back to her old self. She has social interaction, good nutrition, and a staff that keeps her busy and laughing. I recommend Brookdale Ennis!

My aunt Frances Maliska has lived here for a year now. She started out at a nursing home because we weren't aware of what Assisted Living was. Before making the move, she was very shy and to herself. She wouldn't talk at family functions and never had much to say when I would visit her at the nursing home. Now that she is at Brookdale, we couldn't be more pleased! Since living at Brookdale, she has become a new person. She is a social butterfly! In fact, she became the Brookdale QUEEN!! She is doing so very well. The staff is great, they are so helpful. They gave her a name badge that says "Brookdale Ambassador" because she is so friendly when someone new comes into the building. They do so much in this community. They go gambling, to the arboretum, the rangers game.. the list is endless. My family and I hands down think this was the best decision we've ever made! She is so happy and has grown to be a completely new person. Thank you for everything you do to make us feel like we are part of the family there.

Wonderful facility and team!! Very kind and respectful to residents! The team goes above and beyond with residents and truly make this feel like their home. We've only been here about 6 weeks and the team (Staff) has been wonderful and very helpful!! Thank you all for you kindness!!
