I was in Woodlands Place for 3 weeks with a broken hip. The care I received was excellent. The employees were very aware of my pain and did their best to help me move without it hurting me. The food was good and plentiful. The room was kept clean every day. All the staff were friendly and caring. I would recommend it to anyone.

We entered our new "home" here on 9-21-23. We have found new friends and we are blessed with quality care through the Woodlands staff and Guardian Hospice. I say "we" even though it is Tommy who is a resident here, but this is my home also on a daily basis. The food is good, the activities are good, the fellowship of Bible study is excellent and our "room" is adequate for our needs. Thank you Jesus, may we be a shining light for your kingdom during our stay here at the Woodlands

Working in Healthcare myself and having to care for my mother who does have dementia. I decided to place her at Woodlands. My mom has done very well here and she does well in her physical therapy as well as getting out of her room. She was once in a nursing home in Austin Texas and there she became a shut-in. I love the woodlands and so does mom, she gets along with all the other residents and with the staff. The staff is very friendly they help me out with whatever I need to know regarding my mother's care. This is a great place for her to be and I'm happy she's here

The level of dedication displayed by the team at Woodlands Place is truly remarkable. Alicia, Liane and the team at Woodlands consistently go above and beyond to provide assistance and answer any inquiries regarding admissions. If you are contemplating skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care options, I strongly urge you to reach out to Woodlands and arrange a tour of their facility. This will allow you to determine whether it is the perfect fit for both you and your loved one.

My grandmother just waited over a hour with her call light on to get a bad pan and ended up wetting herself before they finally came to help her. Don't ya think the bed pan wld have been quicker and easier? And the fact that she's in constant pain and and has to beg for her meds even stool softeners is INSANE. Do not send your family or enemy there! P.s After a compliant phone call to them we were assured this would never happen again and my grandmother got a visit and apology from the director. Hopefully it was actually taken to heart and things will change. I'll keep updating as her time there progresses.
