I've been at several rehabs and this is by far the worst. Slow response. Time from staff , terrible food, bugs in the gym and not very clean State medicare came in to do n assessment of .comthe facilities while I was there , and their current rating from medicare is one star. It's just awful.

Just had the opportunity to tour Five Points of Lake Highlands in Dallas and this by far is the best SNF I have visited yet! The renovation is amazing and the staff is warm and inviting!

Our mother has been at three other long term facilities before this one and Five Points is by far better than the others. Our first day was welcoming and all the staff came out to greet us. Contact information and personnel is transparent and whenever we have a question or concern we hear back immediately. It has been two months and so far our experience has been a huge improvement for us all.

I relocated my Father 2 years ago to this Facility from Houston, TX. The Administrative staff were so helpful in making sure that all his paperwork was completed correctly in order for a smooth transition. Once my Daddy arrived on site, he loved it here. The greenbelt area that surrounds the Facility makes it so serene and peaceful. He loved sitting outside and enjoying the nice views. The nurses, and staff have provided exceptional care to my Daddy and I am so grateful that I found them! The care and support services that are provided are unmatched, to your loved ones! Excellent choice, excellent services!

Highly recommend this facility is beautiful and huge everyone is very kind and very attentive to their residents they make sure everyone is comfortable and they have plenty activities for them and the therapy room is amazing. The renovation is amazing. Families come to visit all the time and are always satisfied with how we care for them.
