Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. The staff is some of the best in Dallas, they're always available to help with any level of services our residents need. We can assist with medical reminders to designing exercise programs and scheduling entertainment events. The selection of meals at Brookdale White Rock are the results of many years of experience crafting menus. Brookdale Whiterock is hands down the best senior living for memory care in the DFW metropolitan area. The staff, as well as the Executive Director, Jennifer Hinkley, truly care about the residents and their well being-quality of life. My family is so blessed to have found this place...theres absolutely nowhere else Id place my father. I can rest easy knowing hes there. These type of decisions are difficult to make but I couldnt be happier knowing hes there and that all of his needs are in the hands of the highly trained, highly qualified staff.

My mother was a resident at the community for almost two years. During that time the staff cared for her as one of their own. Cassandra the Executive Director was an incredible leader and the staff followed her example. The staff cared for my mom from the hearts and always kept me informed. When COVID hit, it was extremely hard for the staff and families. Not being able to stay connected was troubling. The staff always found a way to grab a FaceTime with my mom so that I could see her. At the end of life, the staff showed such compassion that I knew that they truly cared for her. It was not a job for them but a passion. I am truly grateful for the care and compassion that she received and glad that I found such a place that she could call home in her last years.

This place is pure CLASS. Brookdale has the friendliest staff and the place is kept impeccably clean, and is super SAFE! The head Enginere, Rick, is super dialed in to whats happening, day and night. 5 stars for sure

I want to start off by thanking the Brookdale White Rock family for all of their guidance and assistance along this new chapter for our mom and our family. This facility is without a doubt the best memory care facility in Dallas, TX. They are kind, helpful and sincere. My mother is a resident at Brookdale White Rock and Im very happy with the level of service that shes receiving. From small extra requests like personalizing her room to the daily challenges of caring for somebody increasingly confused, Brookdale White Rock is the perfect place for my mom. I am thankful for the staff (who doesnt turn over) whether theyre caregivers, office personnel, housekeepers or cooks. They make a really difficult job seem effortless. They manage to make Brookdale White Rock feel like home.

I love Brookdale because I enjoyed the experience of redering and caring for aged people showing love and how to be loved in as much as you show love to them and they also appreciate you by showing you love in return.its a place to be and learn how to be loved. I cant afford leaving Brookdale.

As a home health nurse I visit many communities. Brookdale white rock is by far my favorite community for Alzheimers and dementia care. Caring staff, well established routine (ideal for memory care), great food for residents, and fantastic management. I do not currently have a family member residing here but if I needed memory care for my family I would not hesitate in seeking help from Brookdale White Rock.

I visited Brookdale White Rock at their Grand Reopening and was very impressed. Had the pleasure of meeting Christina, the Sales Manager. Her knowledge, care, and level of detail with the residents was top notch. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, and the common areas were cozy comfortable and inviting. This is definitely one of the better communities I have visited. I randomly talked with several residents and all had good things to say.

I visited the White Rock community and found it to be a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean and the out door settings looked wonderful. I would definitely recommend the White Rock community.
