Inadequate food, no toilet paper or cleaning supplies. Do not use universal handing washing. Worker on multiple occassions changed purwick with or without gloves and without disposing or wash hands put clean dishes away. If you tell you are a liar and a horrible person and told to go work at a gas station. Your love ones sit in the dark all day watching tv bc the worker needs to sleep all day and night. Horrible place

My relative has been living at Avid Care Cottages for 3 years now. What I love most is that the staff is very attentive and provide excellent care! We have never had a problem there and the Administrator is always just a phone call away. She is great at training staff and acting as a liason for us with the doctor's office. We never have to worry about bringing medications or our loved one not having them on time. The facility is always kept clean and is well organized. Avid Care Cottages is the best decision we've made! I am so glad to have found them!

I have no complaints of how things went during my tour of this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them. I liked the great activity program they had for the residents throughout the week as well as the dinning menu. It was just not the right location at the time for my mother.

Can not say enough good things about these people. My father-in-law spent his last days with them. He was not always cooperative and easy-going, but they treated him with love and respect the entire time. They kept us informed of his activities, mood changes, medical needs and everything else we needed or requested. They are awesome!

This was a nice tour for the care for my father. The staff was very helpful and caring. We liked the menu and the activities from this community and wanted a small community for my father's care. We would recommend this community for families to tour for the care of a loved one.
