The entire staff was caring, calm, compassionate and provided wonderful care to my husband from the day we placed him at Harmony for 24-hour care. Alexandria and all the associates treated my husband as well as our entire family with respect, compassion, professionalism. This was Home to my husband. The standard of cleanliness and air quality in his room as well as the entire center was exceptional. I always felt welcome and always felt my husband was safe and getting the Best care..... I highly recommend Harmony Assisted Living for the care of your loved one.

Our mom has been at Harmony Assisted Living memory Home almost a year. I can’t say enough great things about Harmony. I visited every memory care facility in Conroe and The Woodlands before placing her at Harmony. This was my last stop and so glad I found them! This is a home and not a facility! The caregivers treat my mom like family and take great care of her. My mom loves all of her caregivers and tells me that daily! Alexandra, the owner, Deysey and Leslie, the directors are wonderful! This was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do is put my mom at a place other than her home, but they helped me thru the transition! (Boy did they ever!) There is ALWAYS an open line of communication at all times. And I so appreciate that! If you are looking for a Home for your loved ones, this is the place to go!

We are so grateful to have found The wonderful care team at Harmony. When we moved our dad from Michigan we did not plan for him to live anywhere but in our home. We soon had to change plans due to his condition. We searched larger facilities and they did not have personal feel, nor did they have a clean appearance. Harmony felt like home. It is a small home atmosphere where they treat your loved one like their own. When you walk in the door it feels like a true home and is spotless. My dad unfortunately had a short 4 month stay with them, but every moment he was treated with compassion, love and dignity. Alexandra,Leslie,Deyse and the team are true angels. Dr. Roland the PCP was great and all of them were very communicative. You will not regret choosing this facility to care for your loved one! We appreciate all they did for our dad!

I am so grateful to have found Harmony when I did. My mother had been in one of the big corporate facilities in the Woodlands for almost three years when we decided to look for a smaller facility that would cater more to individual residents. Alexandra and her staff are amazing! They are patient, understanding, caring and resilient - requisite qualities when dealing with memory care patients. I felt so comfortable with her in their loving care, especially with the COVID shutdown. Although I felt isolated from her, I knew the staff was taking excellent care of her and showering her with all the love that I would have, had I been there. Through her final days and hours, I witnessed the genuine love and affection they had for my mom. They became her family when I couldnt be there. I am confident that I could not have chosen a better place for my mom.

Finding Harmony Assisted Living for my mom was truly a blessing for me. She was with them for three years, until she passed away at age 98. Seeing her interactions with her caregivers always gave me a sense of comfort because I knew that not only was she receiving the best possible care, she was also being loved. I have had loved ones in care facilities for almost 20 years, and no other facility I have seen even comes close to Harmony for excellence.

My brother could not have been sent to a better place to get what he needed. The staff was always super courteous and was always available to answer any question I had. Evn though all visitation was stopped, my brother was always very happy when I called him. I was so glad that my brother was in this home.

So glad our mom moved to Harmony. Her caregivers are very loving and have helped bring back her sweet, fun nature. They are so kind, patient, gentle, and caring. I love that they take time to sit with the residents and talk to them about their lives, families, and whatever the residents want to talk about. Margaret and all the ladies there are very good to our mom, and we couldnt be more grateful for their family-minded care. All the residents are cared for and treated like family here.

My Dad was a resident at Harmony until he passed recently. They showed him a level of care and compassion that was exceptional. Now my Dad was not an easy person, but they treated him with love and patience until the end. They also treated our family with a high level of compassion as we experienced the end of his life. The facility is a home-like atmosphere with private room, great staff to resident ratios and very good home cooked food. Thank you Harmony for loving Contrary Jerry to the very end.

My mom was a resident at Harmony Assisted Living for 3 and a half months. I am so happy with the choice that I made. I was in and out of the residence every day to every other dav, and at various times during the day. My mom and the other residents were being well taken care of every time I came. The home is soooo clean! I never found it to be anything other than what one would expect. My mom wore diapers and I never found her soiled or messy. My mom had severe dementia and could often be quite hard to handle. The caretakers at the home were always wonderfully patient with her and even when she was not at her best. They told my mom that they loved and would hug her. Special kudos to Margaret! The food was good, varied, and nutritious. Everyone in the facility was so very supportive when mom came to the end of her life. Alexandra (one of the owners) and Dr. Randall (facility doctor) both called me on the Sunday before my moms passing to help prepare me for what was coming. When the time came Harmonys caretakers we with me offering their support and tears. I told my grandson that if I end up like my mother that he already knows where to put me and thats at Harmony.

I took multiple tours of many facilities before choosing Harmony Assisted Living. It is a beautiful clean facility that feels like home! The care given for my 92 year old mother makes me feel secure that I have given her the best possible place to be. The girls communicate with me all the time. I had taken care of my sister in law for several years. Went in and out of hospital over this time. Last time from the hospital she went to re-hab to learn to walk again and get stronger .For insurance reason she couldnt stay any longer. Still wasnt strong enough be at home. I put her in this beautiful assisted living home for a couple months to continue getting better to take her home....She truly got stronger. AND the best part she loved it. So much she didnt want to return home... They take special care with everyone from the owner, staff and anyone involved in this facility. She got so much better that she would get others to get up and play follow the leader. I would watch them with others and they would go and sit on couch and just talk to them and give comfort. She felt comfortable and safe....Really cannot say enough about Alexandre and her staff. I would give them 10 stars if I could...Hope this makes your decision for your loved one easier.

Review of Harmony Assisted Living in Conroe, TX If you are looking for a loving and well cared for place for your family member to live, Harmony Assisted Living in Conroe is it. I only wanted to place my mother somewhere that I would be willing to live, and I would gladly move in and live here! Alexandra puts the needs of all her residents first. I brought Mother with me when I went to look over Harmony to make sure that it was a good fit for Mother, but also that she would blend in with the other residents because when you have multiple personalities living together that is always a consideration. Harmony Assisted Living makes sure to personalize their care for any special needs that may develop during your loved ones stay. My mother never missed me when I went from seeing her 2-3 times a day to just seeing her weekly, since she was 3 towns over instead of just 2 miles away. They took care of my Mother so well. I only wanted my mom to move one time when she had to move out of her home because transitioning can be very hard on them. My mother had no trouble at all when she moved in. The girls just lavished attention on mother and she blended into the Harmony family without much trouble. Her only trouble came when she wouldnt stay in bed and sleep the first few nights, but they just either sat on the couch with her or let her tag along as they watched over the other residents and did their nightly cleaning. Alexandra, the owner, always called me with anything my Mother was going thru, whether she had a fever or if she did something funny. The doors are secured for everyones safety. They have a nurse practioner that visits every week to care for any medical needs the residents may have, along with podiatrist, PT, OT or speech therapy. Harmony Assisted Living has 16 single occupancy rooms and it is family owned facility. They are also building an Alzheimers home next door, which I know will be just as amazing as Harmony is. I visited a number of places from a private home to a company owned facilities, from small places to huge campuses, and for us Harmony was a perfect fit. I give them a 10 star review.
