It is a great pleasure of mine to work for such an awesome team of staff that go " Above and Beyond" to ensure that all residents receive top of the line care providing a loving, attentive and safety place to call home round the clock. As a unified team, we work great assisting one another and ensuring all duties are met before a shift ends and communicate every detail before a new shift begins. The one factor that made me decide to work for this company is the state of the immaculate home. We make it a priority to consistently have a sanitary, and safe place for your loved ones. Not to mention the reasonable rates, fresh foods and all wonderful amenities it provides. I would without doubt consider this facility for my own loved ones to reside in. Commitment, the best of quality care and safety protocols is what we dedicate to our residents.

My father’s closest friend recently moved to ‘Above & Beyond ‘ — very beautiful home w excellent accommodations. They over achieve at excellence in placing guests needs above all else. Very best in management & staff who try to meet his every need . We chose #1 home for him — very best for his comfort, health needs , support , loving hands. "they have mold in the vents and bats up stairs do not move anyone into this house its falling apart the reason they need residents is because they are flat broke an borrowing money from family friends an investors. The owners only want your money they do not care that they've been told by several staff an managers to deal with this!! they are now refusing to pay an owed check with no proof an fails allegations. These owners are not trust worthy i dont care if i goto jail. They dont pay ask any of the old employees. Or recent x employees!!! they take from americans an get rich off your family members!!"

My mom has been a resident of Above and Beyond for 3+ years. No place is perfect but Above and Beyond is as close as it gets. The rates are reasonable and with the new owners, the food is really good. Special consideration is given to each resident and the differing dietary needs-like . My mom has been confined to bed for the past 6 months but extra care is given to ensure that she is turned and changed every 2 hours. Having the cameras is a God sent blessing. I can check on her 24-7 from my laptop and phone. Concerns, questions and problems are addressed immediately and corrected. Having a full time manager makes things run smoother. Im very comfortable here as is mom. The beauty and history of this home makes everyone feel as if they are at home, not in a facility. I would recommend Above and Beyond for your loved one. Visitors and families are always welcome, even encouraged. There are a couple of church groups that come in occasionally to entertain the residents and spend time with them. Were all family here . So drop by for a visit. Theres always coffee ready and sweets too!

My mom has been a Resident at Above and Beyond for 2+ years. She loves the cozy feel of the antique home and the beautiful grounds. The new management provides tasty meals and is very approachable and responsive whenever I have questions. I especially appreciate the friendly staff who are flexible and understand my moms needs. Would highly recommend Above and Beyond.

Great place. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a home like facility for your loved one. Everyone is like family there. One on one care and genuine love from each and every caregiver. Above and Beyond is by far the best place in conroe if your looking for somewhere quiet, warm, and friendly. They are one of a kind.

Its an awesome place for your loved one. They celebrate all holidays and even celebrate the residents birthdays. You also get fresh meals daily with snacks at anytime you want. They also ask the residents for their custom needs like if they want fast food or other things. They also have new Owners and staff which are very caring and make us feel at home! 10-10 Recommend for yourself or your loved one.

Absolutely GORGEOUS facility. They have new owners, and they are fantastic. They genuinely love each resident and take the time to spend quality time with each one. Rubina is alway has a warm smile and hugs for days. They serve fresh fruits and veggies for every meal, nothing frozen! Which makes a HUGE difference. The new manager Megan is great and very helpful. All of their residents are happy and cozy. I would recommend this assisted living facility a million times over! 5 stars hands down!!
